if it could be re-wound and regulated to 415V 50hz it could work, but I'm not sure if it would make enough current to run the compressor without burning somthing out.
hey ed grate vidoe , you probly no this but be careful with capacitors in these conditions ,one day i was running a test and a cap exploded hot wax all over me , it was instant and with no sign of trouble then all the sudden boom , needless to say my girlfreind refuses to allow me in her kitcken unless it for food purposes these days
if im understanding correctly as i have a little bit of expierence with 3ph stuff lines 1 and 2 are active and neutral then 2 and 3 you put some sort of run cap between them i saw it on photonicinductions channel so have a look there if not sure but i think thats right.

usually, though i have a fair collection of plastic case ones too, thats how it got mixed up.
