It is great seeing people use and celebrate a little known bill. Story time: When I was doing delivery,I had a customer that couldn't afford his food. I called my manager and arranged to let him have part of the order. Anyway,when I was counting the money,I saw a $2 note. I was not about to let the store have it,so I exchanged a couple of singles and kept the $2 bill. Turns out it was a red seal silver demand note.
Those are always great surprises, aren't they? That's how I accumulated a dozen $2 bills over the early parts of my life - always a surprise find. Thanks for sharing.
I live in in Japan and I like japanese 2000 yen as well as 2 dollar bill. But, 2000-yen bill is not very popular in Japan. I wish the money with number 2 would spread in Japan as well as in the United States.
I gotta work on the 22nd.. i wish i can afford a few billion in $2.00’s but i got to sit on $298 till March 1.. month to month paychecks must stretch.. waiting on refund to post…. Next month…. Ugh sucks to be me… (Snoopy Crying)! Love the $2.00 bills!

I mean us keepers of The $2 must practice modesty in giving away these $2 bills. Dont flood the market ..... First video of yours I watched said , "spend you $2 note.dont keep em" but the fact that a percentage of people are hoarding $2 notes out of normal circulation , is the only reason seeing one is exciting . So Keep up the good work collectors.
I put out a video on January 1 asking for submissions. Did you miss that one? It would have been great if you could have sent something in; I definitely would have used it in this piece.

Can't believe you missed it. It went up on January 1 and I just pulled it a day ago. It explained to people what I was making for 2/22/22 and told them how to submit a video.
I got $30 in two’s and spent some of them for breakfast at a very hateful and grumpy convenience store, by unappreciative staff that hates me and has no real Jesus Christ in their hearts but they got good burritos and kolache’s. Hopefully the $2.00 will cheer them up…

I've seen those for July 4th and April 13th, as well as some for presidential inauguration days. My question is: are those only done for special days, or can one go to the Post Office on any day at all and do that? If it's the former, when are those days, or when can one be notified when they're coming up? If it's the latter, I'll be sure to swing by my local Post Office and get some of my twos postmarked for this special occasion :)
First off, thanks for the $2 tip! Really cool of you to do that. To answer your question, you can go to the post office any day and have them postmark pretty much anything. The person in the video did so for those two special dates, but he also had $2 bills stamped on the dates of each of his daughter's births. So, whether it's a special occasion nationally or just for you personally, you can always get a postmark commemorating the day. Shoot me a message and maybe a picture when you do! Thanks again.

Thanks for including my video! The filming setup for that was extremely janky and the camera was held up by three boxes and an empty can of beans. Had to hold them with the other hand when recording to keep it from collapsing.
