I live in bangka . This man is telling the truth. The problem is just 1kg of tin earned per day is 5 times the average earning in bangka. And earning 1kg is very easy and not as hard as anyone thought of. I've tried mining some and i compared it to working in a cafe. The paycheck is 1/4 of the earning of tin. And it's not as easy as tin mining. Someone need to fix that part for sure 😂

If the processed sand + water were dumped into a hose extending back to the seafloor instead of over the side of the ship, far less fine material would become suspended in the water. It would work by gravity alone, and could be made of sufficient length to not to interfere with the working area.

50euros???!! For this dangerous unappreciated workers...legal or illegal. Those big companies prefer buying from these illegal miners so they have less employees charges. So at least..they should ve paid a bit more. Their board members and share holders are already mega rich, should ve shown more appreciation. But above all, us consumers need to buy more responsibly and not changing phones for every new novelty of sorts🙄🤨

I love how the sharp blonde implies "intensive farming of palm oil, rubber, and pepper" are potential alternatives. Bully for capitalism, bully!
