It's great to know, that i'm not the only one convering 4.2 SC :) I'm going same route, after purchasing L322 im using it all the time and old and trusty defender stays in the garage. I don't think spacers are a good idea. In mine i use 19 inch alloys with Scorpion All Terrain Plus 255/55R19 tires, and i was able to drive when my suspension failed due to broken height sensor. With spacers i think it would be impossible, since tires would not fit the arches 100%. Also, consider some front underbody protection. After some winter river crossing with thick ice i had to replace all the radiators in front, there are 5 or 6 of them. Ice pilled up from underneath and damaged them. What exhaust have you installed ? One one of your videos i've noticed net above second seat row. Is it diy, or can i find it somewhere ? I would use solar for fridge battery, and for the starter keep boost pack somewhere in the trunk. Also, take a look at Brodit mounts, they work great. Looking forward for more videos.
Great to speak to another L322 owner doing the same thing! You won’t regret it! Spacers are a big topic and do seem to divide people, I’m doing a video on spacers in the next few weeks so you’ll have a better idea as to why I went that route. I’ve got 22” wheels as I have quite big Brembo brakes (being the autobiography). The exhaust I have is from a fabricator on eBay www.ebay.co.uk/str/audioandfabrications?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=wjaWZi9TSsW&sssrc=3418065&ssuid=dZBn-E1dTYu&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY. Chap I spoke with was called Lee and he did great work. The exhaust has a great note, much more what a V8 should sound like, without deafening you on long journeys. The net on the roof was from good ole Ali Express for about £8 - a.aliexpress.com/_Ewq7uhz. I’m a bit paranoid about getting stuck, so I’m happy to have the peace of mind that the starting battery is always 100%. I do have a portable starter as well, just in case, and I’m looking into additional solar for the secondary battery as well. I’ll look at the Brodie mounts, thanks. Thanks for watching!
4.2 ouch that’ll cost a fortune in petrol / Diesel

tbh, my 4.2 sc uses around 15l/100km on higways with cruise contol and light foot on throttle. It's comparable with TD5 Defender 110. But in city it's disaster :)
I thinks that’s about right, that’s nearly 19MPG which I’m ‘happy’ with. I still get to drive around in a luxury car which cost me £10k :). Thanks for watching.
Stuck with a fridge... Doesn't sound too bad 😂
