0% fage yogurt, stevia in it to make it sweet, cinnamon and frozen blueberries on top!!! And then I sometimes mix a protein powder in it to. Ooo I also like to put some peanut butter to finish it off. The brand RYSE has some rlly good protein powders. ❤️❤️
