The Kizer is my favorite of the bunch. I will be showing a couple edc fixed blades next week on the Two For Tuesday open tag. For belt carry I made a leather belt loop for kydex sheaths that is a game changer!
Good list, I love my Esee Izula 2. Recently put it into a White River leather sheath. I also checked out your new Fireball at BSW. Very nice, I look forward to the refinements. Peace
I picked up a Brisa Necker 70 a couple months ago. I like it, but that polished blue denim is quite slick. Because of that, I use my Izula 2 for extended work.
I bought the kizer baby specifically because of a video i saw you do last year. Love it. And hopefully that boker kukri will go on sale like my awesome boker nessmi pro.
That’s awesome and I waited to get my Nessmi pro till they went on sale also and I’m sure once the MAKRI has been around for a while they will put it on sale also. It would have been a much better buy for around $50 👌
Great list. I love that Beavercraft. I still carrying my Sea Snake after Mike Emler recommended it in a reply to my comment on his channel. I broke the tip off trying to slice open a power bank to harvest the 18650s 😂😂 It's still my #1 carry. I just diced up green onions to mix with bacon 🥓 bits in my cream cheese for my bagel 😋 It's quite versatile. Not for trying to open up old power banks, tho 😂 I also carry a popular MTech necker that's about $11. I found it on several EDC channels & they loved it even though MTech wasn't their first choice for knives. Their fixed blades are an awesome value. Lots of blade for buck $. That would be a great Stassa video list. 😊
Great video! I have the brisa necker as well and find the scales too slippery too. You talked about roughing them up and I was wondering how you'd do that? With sandpaper or?
Cold steel mini tac bowie is great just take fine sand paper to handle its rough on skin get cold steel c clip and install it horizontal carry and its great every day conceal carry bliss!😊and you'll have about 25 bucks or a little less in it.
I'm with you on the Razel. Got it for the novelty, ended up really liking it, just not the sheath. Ordered a kydex sheath from Etsy and just got it in today. I foresee alot of pocket time for it.
nice picks, but seems you haven't seen the latest fixed blades line by Eafengrow, models EF121 to EF136. the ef123 and EF133 are my favs. DC53 and 14C28N for less than 40 bucks with Micarte. i am not affiliated with them, i just think these are awesome knives that need more attention.
The only reason why you don’t see them on the list is because I gave them a shot a couple of years ago and the knives they sent were sent to a steel tester and they ended up not being the steel they claimed to be and I’ve herd that they did correct that but they also still sell a bunch of knives that they ripped the design off of a popular knife already on the market. If they got rid of those I would consider showing them again because I think they have some really cool original designs and they don’t need to do those other ones. So that’s the reason 🍻
@@Stassa23 thanks for your reply ! i get your drift, but that they sold 8Cr as D2 was in 2016 and the management has changed. please check LTK's latest batches of tested steels. (LuvThemKnives). these are decent designs with very good materials and very good machining, fit, and finish.
I like the Kershaw Deschutes Caper more than any of these. It's very compact, lightweight, and has a grippy handle that you can get 4 fingers on. In addition, the injection molded sheath is excellent.
I’d never seen the Boker Makri. It’s a handy shape like Kizer Baby and Vosteed Nightshade. I’m trying to stay clear of D2 but did get a petrified fish Grow in K110, although it is about the same as D2 I’m ready to put it through it’s paces. It’s a sweet knife for under $50 with a button lock. Always enjoy fixed blade goodness!
Please try the Ruike F815 fixed blade 14c28n. I made a diy leather sheath and paracord wrapped the handle and it's a great all round edc knife in my opinion.
Someone sent me the watchman “Chris Reeve Nyala clone” in 14c and it’s a nice looking knife with good kydex but it didn’t do as well as the rest of these knives but I can say for the price they sell them for it’s not a bad knife. I may sharpen it myself and see if it does any better because their factory edges may be put on with the belt grinder and if that’s the case it could cause the edge retention to be significantly less due to over heating the apex of the edge which would make it brittle at the very apex of the edge. If someone sends me the Izula clone I’ll let you know how it does 👍
Very nice list. I'd have fun with any of those blades except the mora. I seem to have an irrational dislike of mora knives even though I have a few. I know most people love them but they just set my hackles up.
I understand that feeling because I don’t carry mine all that often either which is crazy since I know how well they perform but I think it’s the look for me
Great job doing this budget friendly options for edc fixed blades. More edc fixed knife videos please.
Indeed the cold steel mini-tac Bowie is the way to go, for $19 you can’t beat it.
The Sea Snake is my everyday carry. Horizontal cross draw using soft loops.
The Kizer Baby looks like it could have been called the Vosteed Nightshade Fixed. I guess that shape just works.
Exactly what I thought
Excellent. I think that kizer should sue vosteed for this but I'm not sure which was first brought out!

I would suggest you check out the Schrade - Adder, Aus10a , kydex sheath, g10 handle neck knife for $19.99
Greatest vid i have seen do far for the man that carries hi own water
I picked up a Brisa Necker 70 a couple months ago. I like it, but that polished blue denim is quite slick. Because of that, I use my Izula 2 for extended work.
Yeah I don’t know why they did that. I really need to sand mine down to around 200 to 300 grit to give it some texture 👍🍻🍻
That mini Kri is sweet!!! Absolutely love that blade shape!!!
The sencut is one of my favorite edc fixed blades i have im getting the baby and the seasnake for sure.
Thank you so much. Very cool batch of knives. That yellow joker is super tempting.
I have the Waxahachie and I love it. I have to carry it more often!
I have the Kizer Baby w/greenish handle. It's probably my favorite knife. The jimping and slicey-ness are awesome!
Love the videos! Love those fixies.
Great list man! I've got the Hoglet, it's a fantastic knife

Good quick reviews, thanks
The Beavercraft, the Mora, which I own, the Joker and the Brissa. Those are my favorites. 🔪🎸
Great list. Thank you Stassa!

I've been looking at the Joker Avispa a lot on Amazon. I had no idea it was in this video but I think that's my sign to buy it lol. Great video
on an even tighter budget:
cold steel spike series, cold steel mini leatherneck and cold steel kyoto 2.
even smaller size:
CRKT minimalist series.
The scar on or right hand left a circle untouched. It looks pretty cool.

Nice list. I'm still happy with my crkt spew and the two crkt minimalist I have.

I’ll definitely check it out thanks for the suggestion 🍻🍻
I’ve had my eye on that Joker 🤙🏼🤙🏼😎
Number 1 and 2 earned their place

K110 is D2 produced by Bohler just like M390 and 20cv are the same 👍 I’ll have to check that Petrified Fish out 🍻🍻
Nice and cool looking awesome knife ! ❤
i love the avispa, such a great knife
Cannot find that particular Holtzman pointy 3 finger Gorilla knife anywhere, including their own website. What is the model name, please?
I have a knife and gun store and I’m looking into selling Beavercraft knives. New sum. Love your videos.
That canary with Damascus looks fantastic, and their price on it (while not budget) is very fair, I think.
Yeah definitely not a bad price
A lot of prople don't know that at mora eldris sheath is stuffed on the handle to give you a longer grip.
I would put the kizer harpoon and the Vosteed mink.
What happened to your Pro-Tech George SBR fixed blade. Shock it never makes the cut.
Have you tried the boker dasos? I've been considering getting one but I'd like a second opinion
Cool video thanks.
Please try the Ruike F815 fixed blade 14c28n. I made a diy leather sheath and paracord wrapped the handle and it's a great all round edc knife in my opinion.
I ended up buying the F815 after this video posted and that is the only reason it’s not in this list 👍🍻🍻
I would add the Swiss Tech Stahlhern that Walmart sells for $39.97.
McGuire's Irish Pub!
"I'll have what the gentleman on the floor is having"
Fixys list nice vid stassa
👊👊
Great video
Have Razel, good knife.
Man the one that got me was the crkt spew a knife so nice a baut it twice good seal for 20 bucks
Would you try the Watchman WF204 Izula clone? It looks like it could fit in here
Someone sent me the watchman “Chris Reeve Nyala clone” in 14c and it’s a nice looking knife with good kydex but it didn’t do as well as the rest of these knives but I can say for the price they sell them for it’s not a bad knife. WTG Nomad EDC
Has anyone tried the petrified fish Beluga fixed blade? That looks pretty cool.
I thought about picking one up, maybe I will eventually 👍🍻🍻
I'd recommend the Petrified Fish Fixed Blade Beluga
I’ve been wanting to try that one
Most of the links in the description do not work
Stassa All you have to do is get a heat gun and heat up the kydex inform it in a little bit more should work just needs to be heated up tighter 😊
Whats everyones favorite edc in 3v?
Brisa Necker 70 has the worst sheath! Both versions of the sheaths are horrible, had to get a custom for the ones I bought.
Camilus comb

Crkt minimalist
You have to check out the new civivi propugnator. It's incredible
I love me some edc fixed blades. I just bought watchman brother wf221 for 25 dollars. 14c28 I LOVE this knife. Check it out
They do make the cold steel in aus 8 and Taiwan. But it's twice the price.
Lol that mora is so tiny
Biwa
I seen better knives in a texas ruck stop lol
Awesome 👌
no esee no care
Shouldn't the Ukranian knife be free? You know, because Ukraine gets enough of our money as it is?
Fixed blades? Sorry, no F's to give.
That's pretty much how I feel about folders. They were ok when I was a kid but not sturdy enough to do what I want as an adult.
city slicker 🫡😂
