I can't believe I started listening in 2013 as a coy sophomore in high school gym class, now I'm a 26 year old diva roach that's crying about two internet clowns breaking up with me. Love you guys, thank you for it all.
(P.S. My cousin was Jake's first adopted niece, she will grow up knowing you two as well (once she's old enough to listen))
If you add up the hours, I've probably spent entire months of my life listening to and watching content that wouldn't exist without you guys. I've loved the pod and I'm sad to not spend my Monday mornings with you anymore, but I'm happy for the transitions in your lives and I'm excited for whatever you choose to do next! Wasn't prepared for how sad I would be today. This podcast has meant so much to me for a long time. It's gotten me through some really bad years, and been a reliable source of comfort and familiarity during times of change and stress. Although I'll miss the show intensely, I'm also so happy to see Jake and Amir's lives changing to a new exciting chapter, just like their podcast has seen mine do. Todah you beautiful dudes. I will miss you.
I just wanted to say thank you to Jake and Amir. I’ve been a fan since I was 10 years old and listening to If I Were You since the very beginning, the podcast started when I was only 13 years old, I’m now 23 soon to be 24. I know this may sound ridiculous to some but as someone who never had a positive male role model to look up to Jake and Amir have genuinely had such a monumental impact on shaping the person I’ve become not only through their incredible sense of humour but also their kind hearted morals and I couldn’t be more thankful. Seeing them live in London with Ben Schwartz and meeting them after the show was genuinely one of the best nights of my life. Thanks boys and congratulations on everything to come 💍 🍼

I've been listening to this show for longer than I can remember. It was the first podcast that I got into and has been an integral part of my life for so long. It's hard to believe its over. This show has been there for me through a lot of hard times and has been a great source of comfort. Between the J&A webseries, this podcast, and Headgum sketches you guys have been such a great influence on my life and I cannot wait to see what is next! ❤❤❤❤❤

This is so sad! The end of an era, at least when j and a finished I still had if I were you to listen too… So much time spent listening to this podcast, getting to the end then starting from the start again, two of the funniest people In the world in my opinion! Thanks for the good times boys!

Been following the podcast since I was a mere tweenager. They really did an amazing job giving people healthy attitudes towards lifes problems and not being hateful/close minded. It really helped set my moral compass in those key years in a way I just don't think I would've got otherwise in this environment.
Currently on a relisten binge both during my exams because I'm still learning from them to this day. Reached 320 atm but I can't miss this. I hope when the time is right they'll return and see it through till 6 hundo.

As a day 1 listener- the end of IIWY feels kind of surreal. Almost 600 episodes later and so much has changed for J&A and us fans, but it's always been a comfort having your content to listen to and watch. There are two times that stand out to me as being so funny I laughed until I cried.
The first was the episode where Ben did the whole chipmunk bit and would not let it go and Amir went a long with it perfectly the whole time.
The second was a bit where Amir talked about and named all his kids.
Ben leaving abruptly is the perfect way to leave it. Love you guys, will always love this podcast for the last decade.

You guys are legends and you've had a tangible *good* effect on a lot of people's lives. Hell, you're even just a good set of role models for how to have a healthy friendship and partnership.
