I thought you'd go bigger and increase the width of the arms and legs, it would still be pleasing to look at and hide the cables, also add space for bigger batteries to run without a cable, or an even bigger controller board. Just a side note, you can create silicone joint cover to hide the motor joints, it's the same type used in sex dolls.
