I am currently reviewing this also and noticed the front tires are smaller than the rear. This is definitely a design flaw for a 4wd vehicle. Nice review!
The battery comes with a partial charge on it when new. You can open the vehicle up and pop the battery in for a few initial minutes of fun if need be, after that you will want to give them time to fully charge for your best driving experience.

What is the rc's speed
I never put a GPS on it to test its speed but it's pretty quick for a smaller buggy. Maybe somewhere around 20mph. 😁🏁
