Yes, most Indonesians can pronounce any Japanese phrases and characters without difficulties since our vocal pronunciation doesn't differ much from Japanese
but Japanese having difficulties when it comes to pronounce Indonesian vocabs, especially for words with consonant ending like "-ek, -et, -er, -es" and so many more
while American having difficulties in pronouncing Japanese vocal characters since they always make puffing sound like "ka --> kha", "po --> poo", "sa --> sha" and so many more, which causing different meaning and confusion
Generally speaking, Indonesian tongue is pretty versatile to adapt with any kind of foreign languages

For most Indonesians, I think it's not that hard to pronounce Japanese words perfectly. Japanese words contains a lot of vowels which makes it easy to pronounce not to mention it makes the language more 'melodic'.
