@@NextGenSpeed Nothing wrong with using China as a supplier. You are not the first claiming to build these parts in house while ordering from China. If this was a part made in house the price would be way more to pay for the huge and heavy mold that cost over 50K to 100k that will hold up to producing multiple examples, experienced labor know exactly how to lay and resin the carbon fiber is not cheap, materials like real carbon fiber that is not cheap, and lastly having enough floor space with the required equipment and overhead to produce the hoods. Then you will need to produce a certain quantity of hoods that sell to offset the production price and overhead. That is called economy of scale. That also means you will need more then just one mold, you will need multiple molds and the labor to run those molds. I have not even got into the plastic injection molds that are needed for the underside shell of the hood. I am a business major and I work in a production factory so I know you are either getting these hoods from China, South America, or if from an American factory at a hire cost. Good luck selling your hoods.

Yes it is a very extensive process. We designed this and made the mold back in beginning of 2023 before the mold was copied by other vendors or our data might have been sold unfortunately by our partners. We showed the process of the renderings and to the finished product on our socials and are happy with how it came out :)
@@NextGenSpeed Now repeat that process for all the other parts for the cars that you claim to make carbon fiber parts for. You didn't speed the millions on several molds for all those carbon fiber parts and not forgot any autoclaves to bake and cure the parts under pressure. Stop while you are ahead. This is millions of dollars in production cost just to sell car parts. Did you not read when I said I am in manufacturing. My factory works with composite materials and carbon fiber is one of them. Not buying the story about your mold got copied because that means your mold in your so called factory got out of your control. And we both know you don't have a factory to produce carbon fiber just an auto shop. Again good luck selling your parts. You guys do order some good looking stuff from China.
Can’t wait just ordered one!
Looks sick!
I need this 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
🔥 🔥 🔥
Small holes are on the wrong corner.. you put them close to the top but should be close to the bottom flat part.
@@MartinGar04 They are lined up with the OEM holes and we put water before hand to show the flow of it. When closed it flows to the lowest point
Will there be a primed/unfinished version?
Yes we now have that available😁
Build time, you mean time it takes to arrive from China.
Incorrect😄

The "painted black" version, does it match the OEM black and already clear coated?
