what value of resistor and transistor and ic have used
RESISTOR VALUE IS 220OHM AND TRANSISTOR IS 548 AND IC IS HC74HC595N
2,3,4 and 5,6,7 connect on Arduino pin? But which pin for 2,3,4 and which pin for 5,6,7? Your quick response will be appreciate .

One important schematic is missing and that is the TO-92 transistor part on your drive. Matrix driver 1 and Matrix driver 2 are the same. I know you did it on purpose, but the heck to the unknown. IT is in the video.

I simulated your circus Led Matrix with your code in Proteus. But it does not work, maybe it has the faults in your code. The signal of dataPin1=4 does not work as same time as another Pin to make the 74hc595 moves signals. Can you recheck your code. Help me please!

Daisy chain 2 shift registers for the row control and add 8 more shifts in the code for row switching. Redefine all the fonts to support the new bitmap size. It's simple.
