Undoubtedly, it is a privilege to have lived in that House....... Remember it as your own and family's home....... Congratulations to the Presenter/Owner....
I watch a lot of architecture videos from Enes, JP, Huntington, Legendary productions, Williams & Williams and so many more. I can 100% confidently say that THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL HOUSE i HAVE EVER SEEN.
all those massive homes they are building in that modern style have no character at all. they look so cold and not homey at all. this house is the best. that house they call "the one" huge, .....really cold
I am a UCD Design grad, and I can see the Frank Lloyd Wright influence. This home "sings" with class and originality and most of all, inspiration. It's an immersive experience with no end. I remember when this home, the auto collection and mall were built. Please keep this beautiful video posted here for as long as possible (or transfer it somewhere permanent), to keep inspiring designers. Thank you.
The house is amazing. I really appreciate the love he has for his father. The interior of the house looks very 80's mall style which was the style back then. The house has good bones but it needs a lot of updating unless you want that 80's look.
What a sweet man. You can tell how proud he is of his father, and how sad he is to part with a house that holds so many happy memories. The upkeep must be extraordinary! I hope the person who buys it is a good custodian and also fills the house with good vibes.
This is the most beautiful design I've ever seen! Perfectly blends the outdoor and interior design. Very well thought-out. The designer must be a perfectionist!
Oh wow what a beautiful home. It’s more like a hotel really, it’s so big. I can’t imagine living in a place like that, I’d get lost lol..I’d love to try though! I love the water features and all the sculpture! As a sculptor I’d love to be able to work in a place like that, how inspiring.
Truly a visionary masterpiece that takes advantage of the land and represents well the soul of the original owner. I hope the new owner respects the original design and continues as a custodian of this epic property.
Such a magnificent property and worth every cent imho. It’s also the first home I have seen with such a colour palette that I actually love. Because I think, it enhances the stone and planting scheme. It’s perfect!
Extraordinary, a total one-off. Endlessly inspiring. Homes like this just aren't built anymore. It positively radiates with energy and a personality that seems alive and entirely it's own, no matter what is put in it or who resides between its walls. What a ravishing video, thank you all! 🤩
If the world could live in peace and instead of spending billions on wars and weapons, most people would be able to afford a house similar to this and more….. earth would be a paradise !
What an absolutely STUNNING property!! Both inside and out! I love, LOVE, *LOVE* homes that are different, unique and not your typical “four walls with a roof” like this that actually took some imagination and heavy thought in its design and execution. I’m not even in the market for a new home (AND I no longer live in Cali!) but I would definitely jump at the chance to tour such a truly magnificent property!! I hope the new owners realize (and appreciate) how epic & truly special this place is.😊
This is a very 80s house but in a good way. It has FLW influences, but it also has a lot of Japanese influences popular in the 1980s. The koi ponds, the manicured gardens, the samurai statues. Yet, it doesn't feel dated because of the scale and timeless features of the house with stonework, woodwork and expansive windows. I agree that it is not dated despite clearly belonging in the 1980s. Its a bit of a contradiction there.
Your father ruined the beautiful Tassajara of my childhood. I wandered all over those hills in the Diablo Range in the 50s and 60s before the greedy developers divided it up to sell to the nouveau riche invaders, Makes me sad.
Blame human reproduction creating the need for ever more housing. AND the vast majority of humanity who go along with and or provide social and or financial support for having more babies. Think property taxes for educating other people's children, and a federal tax exemption for each child. As well as other types of encouragement.
He built a house with taste. What developers do to land after they buy can be controlled by city and town zoning laws. This is where the community needs to decide. My concern with developers is building cheap, cookie cutter houses with little concern for open space and environmental impact. Open land privately owned will always be at risk for development when owners need to sell. Join your town or city council or get residents to understand and petition the town. There is a demand for housing and there is plenty of space for it. But agree, it is hard to see change and open space not preserved.
I watch this video everyday of my life this makes you work harder that you ever have anything is possible. I would never leave that house
What a magnificent property. I'd love to see how they decorated it for Christmas.

This is one of the most fascinating pieces of real estate I’ve ever ever seen in my life
My god, all of those plants, both the flora landscaping and the flora homescaping.... I'm in love!
They were able to keep everything in pristine condition... Including all those 80s sofas and chairs. Amazing.

Just stunning. can't replicate it for double the price.
So beautiful! Everything’s beautiful!❤️
I think it does look old, but in a good way because it has this mid-century modern feel to it.
Absolutely love this house. It really is like a modern day Fallingwater.

Wow! Absolutely stunning home. Whoever the next owner is they are in for a real piece of treaure!

Some people are poor and fight for survival and other people living in heaven on earth... crazy

This place looks more like a museum than a house. The artwork is amazing! Does all the artwork and cars come with the house?
It is truly a magnificent listing! Please call 510-406-4836 with your questions.

The original owner must have been WEALTHY WEALTHY
Blackhawk developer, billionaire philanthropist Kenneth Behring dies at 91.
He was the second owner of Seahawks.
I bought it. It wasnt too expensive
@@bpdbhp1632 Have us over for bbq, Show us around!
His net worth was around $500m. My bosses is around $2.3 billion and it's amazing.
@@StonerCreek74what does your boss do?
The grounds are phenomenal.
Yes, they are!
Quite incredible, what imagination.
Cool looking studio.
I'm a fan of Wright and I overall like this house but I'd redo that ball room.
Quite a contrast between beauty and the crass...perhaps this case is the exception but behind most great fortunes is a great crime.

It`s not a simple House, it is a Dream!
Yeah, I could live there.
Love 70's stlye 😍
That man has a dynamic speaking voice . When I win the big one 🤔 👍
I'm going to buy it, in the Lego version when it becomes available.
I couldn't afford the Lego version.
@@garygeorge9648aint that the truth! 😂
Amazing!
The grounds are jaw dropping! No doubt there is a full time staff of landscapers. I think this property is under valued - should be closer to 35M.
Woooow stunning
THIS. IS. BRLIENT
Love it.
Love it! However I can see cleaners and gardeners runing daily around taking care of it. Still, stunning house including furnishing and everything.
Insane
Only Wow❤
I hope they can somehow make it illegal to alter this house in any way shape or form. It is perfect and should be preserved
Cool
Amazing❤
AMAZING❤
Damn - makes you wanna yell- whats up mtv! Welcome to my crib 😂
The house itself is really beautiful and timeless, some of the furnishing is a bit dated.
Looks inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater

Kind of like living in the mall.
All it needs is a food court.
Incredible place. Shame when the party ends though. Happy times.
How many full time cleaners required?
2 - 4, twenty hours weekly
Beautiful home, but does look dated in my opinion. I'm sure updating will make a wonderful difference.
👌👌
I want this house 😢
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Interesting 🤔
Очень красиво. Но для жизни столько не надо. Больше похоже на элитный дом отдыха
Your father had a good taste
Amazing but that’s near San Francisco. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere near that hellhole.
Man I wish I had a silver spoon.
Well, how much is the house; don't leave that out....lol...lol....and NO, I'm not calling nobody for such a simple answer....lol..lol..
It's in the caption :)
25mill, I actually thought it would be a lot higher
I need something bigger.
Must’ve cost a fortune to maintain as well over the years
