Personally, I think such a war would effectively end up in a stalemate. Neither side able to overcome the other (at least without destroying themselves in the process). Plus, considering how the Qu are Galactic Nomads, there's a chance that the Qu might just. get bored and move on to some other galaxy, one without toxic cyborg-cat people full of angst and unreasonable rage. Honestly, I'd be more interested in a war between the Qu and the Crogenitors from Darkspore (who themselves were pretty much just a slightly more benign equivalent to the Qu-- a Galactic Nomad Elder Race that has fully mastered Genetic Manipulation)
