No Risk Double Cobble Skip | MC Speedrunning

- Idk if someone has made this before me but I didn't see it anywhere.
If you don't get the second bucket in time in the current double cobble skip it ruins your portal so I made this which you can always skip 1 cobble and the portal will work regardless.

First time seeing a double cobble skip that is viable, great job. I'll definitely use it in my runs. Also offhand bucket is soo slept on for strats like these, also idk if people are actually gonna switch to this because they don't like the offhand bucket

nice i really like this design, im learning portals for the first time and i think ill use this one
big brained plays, as some would say, goated on the sicks perhaps?

Definitely my favourite version. For better consistency I do not sneak when placing the water. Instead I just walk forward to have more space on the block.
Edit: You might take one tick of lava damage that way, but it's worth it. Even pulled it off once in an actual run so far!
I keep having the cobble beneath the magam reform. Am I doing it too slowly or something?

what wdym by "risk"? (not trying to like hate or smth)
Double Cobble skip (the initial version) requires you to flick accurately (while taking and placing the two bottom lava) before letting water reach it. It is incredibly "risky" because if you miss even once, your portal would break. Chalkboard's version doesn't require you to flick (though it does a little) but even if you miss, it still lets you skip at least one cobble and thus makes it much more practical to use.
