After reading your stories about Art of Speed/Malaysia on Speedhunters, I added it to my list of events/countries to visit. This video only gave mi another proof that I must do it. Like always great work Dino!
what u see here are a portion of society of msians who are really really rich and established in society and able to pursure their passions. whereas the majority msians are absolute urban poor and hardcore poor in the outskirts out of selangor/KL and are worrying about their next meals. thx for the great video. superb nice quality and efforts
i have yet to visit these places that you’ve personally been to but i have to thank you for doing such a good coverage, keep churning out these awesome vids Dino!
That’s my uncle’s shop! Its a car dealership that mostly deals JDM partnered with a few detailing/accessory shops. They host carmeets from time to time
Jeez what an amazing meet location! Sick cars everywhere then when you think you've seen it all, BAM! Something insane shows up from behind a closed door or from under a cover haha. Malaysia is amazing! Definitely a fan of the wing risers for the 34! Can't wait to hear your thoughts on the GR Corolla too. Another great vid!
Nice video thank you Dino DC. And yep, mind-blowing car culture we're being treated too. I'd never seen a 2door Corolla (in blue). I reckon we must have not got those in Australia!? Lovely to see so many coming along to the specific Juicy meet. I wish we had such places here, sigh
You have obviously seen and done a lot of car shows, but Jesus this has to be right up there for the best selection of cars....Unreal!! Spec-C RA-R, wide body Amuse S2000, that pair of Phoenix Yellow DC2 and EK9, the other Yellow DC2 parked behind the pillar, stunning R32's, R34's....just too many cars to get your head around. All unbelievable looking cars. And you got to bomb around the city in a GT3....if you ever feel like you need a break from it all, I will grudgingly stand in for you man 😉😂 Have you any links to some good sites in Malaysia that you can find out about some of these cars?
@@dino_dc You can understand that alright. Oh and I forgot the NSX-R GT, last time I seen one of those was when I drove it in Gran Turismo years ago on my little TV 😀 Its good to be able to see, even some of the world class cars they have in Malaysia anyway.
Those number plate on scooters is actually bid at highly cost to get it on registration. Probably 50,000 - 100,000 USD or even more just for that simple number / shortform name for their cars soon. Crazy Rich Asian i guess. 🤣
Are some of these cars from Singapore? Larry had a video the other day where people who can't afford the cars anymore, they sell them off to Malaysia. Some super clean and mints cars, they must cost more than an arm and a leg as well.
You can’t officially import cars from Singapore to Malaysia technically, since there is import ban by Malaysian government on cars coming from Singapore, Thailand and Brunei, to incentivize local manufacturers. Those Singaporean cars which are reported stolen have to be illegally registered in Malaysia.
Malaysia has a much bigger scale for JDMs and Exotics car culture, just that ever since the value of these cars skyrocketed, owners rarely bring them out now, scared of theft what not.
Watching your videos I am constantly surprised by your knowledge of wheel brands and models :) IMHO Italians design most beautiful rims. Japanese design is close second.
They are organized meets All the best car builds in the country flock for that day for this meet If thats your first time visiting a meet in a new country your expectation will be blown to exxageration Thailand is still has the best car culture in southeast asia
Dino deserves way more subs, the quality and effort put into in these videos is excellent!
I appreciate that!
Yes, I can not agree more... I mean, the video quality on every episode is spot on.....❤
Agreed!
He will! He’s consistent and has only good videos coming out of Japan right now. Ima believer!
Malaysia is such an underrated car scene, they do it better than most.
Great content coverage to show the true JDM culture in Kuala Lumpur!
Thank you 🙌
What a nice mix of rarities...loved it - wonderful video and show around yet again...

Right? They know how to enjoy cars in KL!

wheel and tire spec on the Persian cat? ty
Proud Malaysian here✌, glad u're having a blast in KL Dino
Thank you!
The carbon fibre wing risers on the R34 GT-R wing is such a smart modification. I think this would be a welcomed addition to your 1 owner GT-R.
Yeah but there is only really 1 kit that’s fine well, that would be the Mine’s one.
@dino_dc is there anything else? 😅
The Two Spoon cars are insanely clean along with the amuse body kit s2k Insane. Never thought i see Daihatsu midget either
Beautiful (as usual) from you Dino! Wow.
👍💪✌
Thank you!
@@dino_dc I am the one who needs to be thankful, you show us gems.
Greetings from Switzerland 😁
if you want to we always have a car meet like RNR like at DASH highway. Sometime hundreds of car came.
I just watched Larry's video in Singapore. Our Singaporean friends would probably cry seeing all these cars here.

That GT-R 34 rear wing in raised up is to me cooler, it makes looks more aggressive

Ah yeah I’m a lucky boy 😂 Most owners really do tend to hang around within tight groups to help keep it all protected
@@dino_dc You can understand that alright.

Gran Turismo years ago on my little TV 😀

A70 made the channel, but was heavily neglected!! 💪🏽 Keep the MKIII underground...

No just some of these cars just drove from singapore, its not that long a drive

I'm curious. How does word get out for these types of meetups? How does everyone know when and where to meet?
