at 0:24, that's my family farm, Rio Bravo Ranch, before you enter the mouth of that canyon we have a farm shop and winery on the right side of the road
@@thelonehiker4698 Another historical fact, it's one of the oldest farms in Bakersfield as it has been passed down from our great great grandparents since 1870's
What an amazing hike! The views from Oats Lookout Mountain are absolutely breathtaking. It looks like such a peaceful and beautiful trail to explore. Thanks, friend, for sharing with us. Best wishes, Chiara & Donato Fuoridalsentiero! 🏞😊
I hiked up there with my girlfriend a couple months ago. It was a nice hike on a pretty warm day but it's unfortunate that there are still those who choose to vandalize these areas.
People suck for destroying a part of history and now this will be new destination for some i only see this being removed just like the hot springs in kern canyon
I have stayed the night in that tower. The views at night time are amazing. Sadly the idiots that destroyed it ruined it for everyone else. All because some selfish losers damaged it, now you can't stay in it overnight.

It was a secret, be careful on posting nice places. Sometimes, those places get trashed by others. Not all people will respect the area.
@@timmy24540 Thanks for watching and yes I wish more people would respect nice places more so we can preserve it
The drive to this area is great I have been there as well a lot of private property in there watch out for cows
@@stealthfirefishing Thanks for watching, it was cool driving through that all
