At 44:00...red should have played knight to d8 forking blue's queen and rook and in the next move capturing the rook for free (since it would have been defended by his rook) after blue queen moves...or he would have traded it for the very important defendor of blue ie blue's bishop...also green had no real threats to stop him...even his pawn was defended by the bishop.
