Tiramisu Ladyfinger| Resepi Mudah Tanpa Telur, Tanpa Bakar

  • Ingredients :
    500gm cream cheese
    Ladyfinger biscuits
    1 cup whipping cream
    1/2 cup granulated sugar (you can add more if you like it more sweet)
    2 teaspoon vanilla essence
    1 tbsp coffee/nescafe/espresso (I add sugar to sweetness)
    How to make :
    First, Whisk the cream cheese until soft.
    Combine granulated sugar & vanilla essence, whisking until blended.
    In the other bowl, beat 1 cup whipping cream to stiff peaks. With a spatula, fold half into the cream cheese mixture then fold in the remaining half until blended.
    Quickly dip half of the ladyfingers in coffee syrup and arrange in casserole. Spread half of the cream over the first layer of ladyfingers.
    Then, dip the remaining ladyfingers and arrange over the cream. Spread on the last remaining cream.
    Dust with cocoa powder, cover & refrigerate for at least 3-4 hour before serve.

    Bahan-bahan :
    500g cream cheese
    Biskut ladyfinger
    1 cawan whipping cream
    1/2 cawan gula halus (ni versi kurang manis kalau suka manis sikit boleh tambah)
    2 sudu teh esen vanilla
    1 sudu nescafe + 2 sudu gula (kalau nak guna kopi pun boleh)
    Cara penyediaan :
    Pukul cream cheese hingga lembut.
    Masukkan gula & esen vanilla, pukul lagi hingga sebati.
    Dalam bekas lain pukul whipping cream hingga kembang dan satukan dengan cream cheese tadi. Kaup balik hingga sebati.
    Bancuh nescafe dengan gula dan air panas. Celup biskut ladyfinger dalam air nescafe dan susu dalam bekas.
    Lapiskan diatasnya adunan cream cheese tadi.
    Boleh taburkan serbuk koko atau milo.
    Ulang langkah sama untuk lapisan kedua dan bahagian atas boleh tabur serbuk koko atau milo..
    Sejukkan dalam peti ais 3-4 jam sebelum makan lagi sedap 😋
