    Great honing techniques you show here Johan. Especially the round knife, good to thing to be knowledgeable about.
    Lastly that comment about tools talking loudly if they are not sharp enough..
    Well speaking about that, mine seem to never shut up!! 🤣

    Thanks for a good suggestion! I like to use a black marker and coat my knife blade. Then I know how much the blade is getting polished evenly when all the black marker is gone.

    When stropping to gauge where you are working on the blade. Take a sharpee and color the area you want to remove. If your angle is where you want it, it will remove the coloring. Adjust angle accordingly till removing the coloring.

      Sorry, I don't use them much. But in the past I have just touched them up with fine sandpaper, on all four sides of each prong.
