He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi, a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey, and a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.

Right! So profound. I am just like her with the physical affection. I want a kiss good morning, good night, hello, goodbye, and in between. I want hugs, cuddles, hold my hand or offer me your arm to hold, dance with me. I couldn't handle a man that had to basically force himself to do these things. Like imagine trying to hold hands and they pull their hand away. Feels like a dagger. My cup is now empty sir 😂, so don't bother asking for intimacy later🤷🏾♀️. I have experienced that one time and one time only. Never again is all I'll say. Gotta remember not to minimize each other's needs or make them feel they are asking too much. Serve each other. Keep filling up that cup the entire relationship/marriage.🙌

I so wish I had the vocabulary, teaching and instruction that is available today so many years ago. I had the requirements which in and of itself was ahead of time, but not the criteria. Don't know who GOD is getting me ready for or when but I have laughed like Sari (Sarah) laughed. Haven't had a relationship other than sister friends, in 26 years. Yes that bad, traumatic unto death.

It is beautiful to see 2 married people in love, in intimacy, and active pursuing each other. I appreciate your guys vulnerability of short comings. Affection is something I have not known long in life either. IE: I cried on my Mom's shoulder the first time at age 27. Only my dad hugged me growing up. But Jesus changes everything now my Mom comes to me for hugs first. I was impressed by the respect and esteem you 2 hold each other in. Not competitive but genuine and supportive. Thank you for speaking you saw relational needs as needy because you didn't need what she needed. Give you spouse room to have needs you don't understand, and that you don't have. Love that!! Its hard for most men to understand that woman do operate, think different , and even explain things differently. There are emotional needs women want from her husband, not any other friend. Yes, we have Jesus. But, on this earth we got married, and also have needs from our marriage. It's important to have a marriage where you feel free to openly communicate you feeling and emotions; even if the other person think you shouldn't have those thoughts. It's healthy to be able to express to your spouse.
