Incase you feel like you're missing anything, I added some explanations in the CC of this video, but I would keep them off on the first viewing. Thanks for watching!

I just told one of my friends, I'm pretty sure you can actually find a way to make Halo and Alien exist in the same universe without stepping on anyones canon. I realized this after Prometheus, when they found out that there was actually an ancient human race that had advanced technology that created humans and the aliens, it reminded me of the forerunners from Halo lore, I'm pretty sure they actually line up. Predators would be like the elites/covenant, aliens would be like the flood. The aliens look differently than the flood forms but that could be chalked up to artistic interpretation.

That sounds interesting, kinda wonder how the predators face the Covenant as they resist there rule and the UNSC would fight the Xenos as they infect the galaxy

@@moisesmunguiafalloutmoises112 In this hypothetical timeline the predators are the Sanghelli, they haven't joined the rest of the covenant yet, the xenos are the flood. The story of Alien is hundreds of years before the formation of the UNSC or the story of Halo.

There's a problem. Ancient humanity existed before life on earth. In aliens, 3 billion years or so ago the engineers create life on earth and humans. The engineers would have either had to have created tech to shield them from the halo rings or they were immune, and the black goo would have allowed them to cleanse flood world's. Also, this would mean humanity, ancient humanity would exist before the engineers create humans on earth. And this gets even worse when you consider that the xenomorphs Likley are older than the engineers, so the xenomorphs predate the forerunners... Aside from being a method for testing sapient races to see if they can work together. But if that's true, why do we never see them, where are the juggernaut ships, and what happened to weyland yutani.
I have a fan project planned to cross the two universes and it's an AU, and I played with the idea of the engineers being the first to have the mantle of responsibility. But if they did exist, they would have survived the rings firing, and would have been around to mess with the covenant.
One such story involved predator... And how they would hunt sangheli on their Homeworld the same way they do to us...

@@MannElitenot quite. The predator race in pred lore is older than 100 000 years by far. There are predators with many generations before them that are 100 000 years old. The halo array was fired 100 000 years ago. In this canon, the temple from AVP 2010 would predate the recently fired halo array.
And we know the forerunners seeded the elites on a new Homeworld they say they did to humans. To mix canon, the engineers would have created all life for the precursors, and would have had the mantle. But they lose it, and thus went to war, and lost. In this story, ancient humanity is created by engineers, and eventually they come to be found to be worthy of the mantle. But the flood come like in canon to test the races for who can really hold the mantle. Likley the alien was the test for the engineers...
In this Canon however the engineers are related to humans, whereas elites are mixed from DNA on that planet. Brutes as well. The yautja don't come from the engineers, they are an uplifted slave race. They would also have avoided the rings firing. They wouldn't be the origin of the sangheli, but considering the elites culture... Predator would have hunted them.
Just remember that predators are nimble like jackals and strong like brutes. They outclass about anything in halo other than the Spartans themselves. Likley, elites would be another of their favorite prey. But they definitely don't come from predators

@@moisesmunguiafalloutmoises112 predators have better faster than light travel, they have wormholes and even before that journeys somehow only took a few hours to get to new galaxies. The covenant can barely do that. Furthermore the predators being able to hack wakandan tech, and the Borg at one point shows the covenant wouldn't be able to do much there either. The covenant wouldn't be able to track their ships or plan for them, and they could use wormholes to bypass shields on ships. The yautja would just hunt the covenant in places. It's more about how the yautja handle the flood. Likley they have avoided it for everything to not have boiled over in a cross timeline. You also have to ask yourself how do covenant deal with xenomorphs especially because they can infest ships and often sneak thru scanners undetected. They also pose a big threat if they come from a brute or an elite, or even a grunt or jackal. Even the hunters aren't immune, as acid blood would melt a hunter even by just getting thru the gaps in the armor. Sputters are also a threat to Hubers. As for shield tech it just gives their position away, as aliens usually trip or knock their prey down before attacking prey the same size as them

The first alien also starts with eerie chanting and the end of the main title sounds Like a minor key version of the end of Halos Lucky Arrival theme.
