- Whats up boys, in todays video we finally drop the bubble eye. I’m doing a 2/4 Mcgaughys drop on it, for this video we will be installing the rear and in the next video we will install the front portion. If you like the video make sure to like, comment and subscribe!

I've had my 2000 Stepside for 18 years and been wanting to lower it ever since the moment I bought it. Think I'm finally going to start on it.
Have 23" Bazo B4 wheels on it now. The wheels that are on it, on my profile pic are the old 22" American Racing wheels. Pic was taken last Summer

Drop a description of what you used for your drop.
I used beltech drop shocks all around and I used Mcgaughys 2/4 drop kit, it’s been holding up great
Change those leaf bushings whilst you’re there!

Thank you man, but no my tripod had ended up breaking the same week so I wasn’t able to record it which really sucked.
What size shocks you used after you done the drop kit? To make it fit correctly then the stock height shocks? And did you do the spring or spindle drop? In the front
I’m not sure what size but you can find the right ones on the beltech website. I used 2 in spring on the front

I’m on 22 inch rims and 305 wides.. I have a quadrasteer bed swapped sierra single cab . Will I rub ? I should be fine

Hey man, I had gotten the beltech nitro shocks I’m not sure what the part number was but the truck rides pretty good on the bumpy roads
@@DannyBuiltIt I wanna get a 2/4 but i heard it’ll mess with the pinion angle, does ur truck have a wobble now when u go fast?
@@joshua-.-553 it does not, the kit I installed was already designed with the pinion angle in mind, I know some kits come with wedges you can install to correct the angle but so far this one has been performing great!
