Now it worked, MySQL is supported till sonarqube version 6 (so while following this video please make sure to install the 6.0 version and not the latest one.

So, It will work for version 6.0 and less than it...? I can see that my sonar.properties file don not have any MySQL details. Is it because of this?

guys, NOTE: Starting with SonarQube v7. 9 t MySQL will no longer support with any edition of SonarQube.
