We had a supervisor who went nuts because another coworker sat in the chair he wanted, we do not have assigned seating in the cafeteria. He slammed his tea on the table this caused me and a few other coworkers to get covert in tea which was luckily not hot. Of course, we reacted with a 'what the hell man' and one other coworker threw his cool tea in his face. this resulted in him trying to throw my small iron and full thermos at his face. which resulted in me hitting him on the arm lightly telling him to not throw my stuff he hit me in the upper arm for that. In reaction the first coworker pushed the table so that he could not reach me anymore, at that point I knew the situation was far riskier than I liked and I stood and moved away a good choice because apparently, he seemed to want to hit me again. another coworker grabbed me and I was passed on from coworker to coworker till I was behind one and kept out of harm's way when he wanted to fight him my supervisor chased him off telling him to get out. It almost ended in a full-blown fight between white and black coworkers. Me beingn punched was changed to a push, he was slapped on the wrist, got to stay home a few days which probably did not even cost him days off and after a few days, he was back still in the supervisor position. yea and my higher-ups wonder why I barely interact with them sometimes.
Yeh, like my manager not taking action for a married female co-worker who wouldn't stop asking me for dates; then, having me sign a false confession to keep my job, costing me my bonus for 6 months, that he turned into 7 just to be an extra dick, and causing me to file for bankruptcy which is still on my record 20 yr.s later preventing me from getting a decent paying job!
The story about the people working with disabled adults breaks my heart. These people who can’t easily stand up for themselves are being preyed on by this creep and when made aware of it, they pawned the creep off on another group of people in similar circumstances. It’s sickening that these people can’t easily advocate for themselves and they’re being put into this abusive situation.
True story where a "that manager" got fired. My teach knew a dude who was working under a sociopath. Psycho was routinely verbally and mentally harassing employees but especially dude. Dude was getting desperate esp since he thought he was powerless (and couldn't quit due to his financial situation I believe). But one day I don't know what psycho did, but dude complained to my teacher who callsd a labor attorney friend. Friend convinced dude to talk, then to keep working while they secretly interviewed other employees and prepared the case. Dude managed to survive at this job a few more weeks until psycho manager got notified he was being sued for harassment and abuse. What he didn't know was that one of the most experienced and tough lawyers in the region was against him. Psycho laughed it off at first but got promptly sued into oblivion and I believe the whole company went bankrupt.
I actually feel really sorry for him. He was dedicated enough to his pizza delivery job to make a 12-hour round trip, and he got fired for it. Hopefully it was just a temporary lapse of judgment and he's since taken that work ethic somewhere where he's getting rewarded for it.
I recall one guy at a former job. He was the PERFECT definition of lazy. I despised the managers because they let him get away with absolutely EVERYTHING. He was always very late for work. He was unprofessional. He got the management position for no reason other than the store manager liked him. The goddamn manager even chewed me out in his office just because I had the balls to criticize the "teacher's pet" of a manager. We were told "NO drinks in the store." But he openly flaunted his status by having a take out cup of coke on the customer service counter. If it knocked over, it would get sticky crap all over the entire register, display items, etc. And yet, the store manager wouldn't bat an eye. He could get the end of day paperwork totally wrong and the store manager would ignore it. That's how much they kissed up to him. Then one day, all the power and getting away with everything went straight to his head. He laughed at how a newly hired computer guy did a mediocre job (yeah, like the manager himself would even DREAM about putting any effort into that same job position!) and was gone the following week. I thought he was on ANOTHER approved vacation but a coworker told me he got fired. Of course it wasn't by the store manager but someone above him. Apparently, he was so drunk with power he wrote a pretty mean insult about the computer guy on a store merchandise log sheet. It was something along the lines of "Kevin is a stupid little bitch." Wow. You just don't do stuff like that and think nothing bad can happen no matter where you are on the totem pole. The regional manager (who is faaar above the store manager) found out about it and paid a visit. Now the regional manager was no moron and had a simple but I admit effective way of weeding out the culprit. He noticed that the handwriting was distinctive. The same coworker said he simply had everyone take turns going to the back office and writing down some information on a sheet of paper followed by a signature. He'd then hide the paper in a drawer and call in the next person until had had a sample of everyone's handwriting. There was NO way in hell the "favorite son" could escape this trap. His handwriting was a perfect match. He was fired right out the door faster than one can say "Get lost!" I have ZERO sympathy for that guy. He bullied me a lot and got away with it every time just because the store manager looooooooooved him. It didn't matter much as only a few years later, I left the job after the dirtbag managers wouldn't let me get time off to go to a funeral. They had the balls to beg me to stay. I know they only wanted me to stay because I sold more extended warranties than anyone else in the entire store. The only thoughts in my head as I walked out on my last day were "Hahahahaha, if you think someone else will do anywhere as well as I did, good fucking luck. It won't happen any time soon." And I also gloated over the fact that a thief may have been making return trips to the store to steal more pens. True, they were disposable pens but at $12 a pack, that adds up. I was occasionally finding the opened packages behind the display shelf because it had a massive gap. A very very very long time ago, I had complained multiple times to several managers about that shelf for that very reason. They ignored me because it seems the staff had a "Don't listen to Mike" attitude. This was not only disrespectful but also made me feel like I was not considered a part of the staff at all. I never told the current manager at the time about the flaw in the shelf and am sure that the thief had taken his "free discount" to a new level because the incidents seemed to be getting worse in the last few weeks of my job there.
Worked at Chick-Fil-A in the kitchen. There was one person, whom I’ll call “Leroy”, who just could not stop telling people to go faster (team leader) when we were already doing as much as we could at one time. He was in fact just relaying orders from the general manager, who was, to say the least, a major-league Karen. This idiot wanted everyone to go faster so she could go home early to watch game of thrones, cussed out all the male employees (myself included), and was just hell to work under. Anyway, one day all the male employees except Leroy were working so hard that we were turning red, and one guy even passed out in the walk in from exhaustion (he did get to go home early). Well, Leroy was just standing around giving orders, while leaning on all the food surfaces and contaminated everything. The owner saw what he was doing and lost it. He was promptly fired and the restaurant had to close for the day while the required professional cleaning crew came in. The Karen manager, who had “lost her best employee”, ended up firing all but two male workers over the next couple of weeks. One older man quit because he got a far better job as a specialist EMT, and I walked off after a shouting match after I called her out on her crap. Needless to say, I felt bad for the owner, who was 7 months pregnant, and sent an apology and a full rundown of what happened. The sad part is that due to a lack of managers in my area, Karen manager is still there because she could not find a replacement.
LOL! My dad and his brother (uncle) jointly own 500 acres of private property. Dad has said many times that he's run into people wandering around out there and he'll drive up to them and ask them something to the effect of, "Hey! What is this place?" One afternoon, he came across two fairly young guys out there, who were carrying hunting rifles. Dad drove up to them and asked about the property. One of the guys mumbled something about it being part of his family's property. Dad asked him how many acres he had out there and the guy gave him another b.s. answer. Dad asked him how long they'd had the property and the guy told Dad that they'd just bought it. Dad said, "Huh. That's interesting. Well, there happens to be 500 acres here, in the names of *my uncle* and *my dad.* Let me call over to the county clerk and make sure that hasn't changed..." Dad said those two guys took off running for their truck and sped away!
Secretary in a school I used to work was a thief. She'd use a copy of lockers' keys to steal from purses. Had taken more than 300 bucks from me by the time I figured it out. I talked to a director about her, very tactfully, but she made a scene and basically made it look like I was trying to scam my boss for extra money. I was so distraught that I left the job. Years later, she was caught embezzling money from the school and was finally fired.
Here I was feeling guilty over being fired because I had missed too many work days due to a chronic illness. Suddenly feel way better knowing I gave my absolute best to that job
I worked at a drink shop my first couple years of high school, and we hired this girl named Elle, but said like the letter L. Wasn't even her real name. Girl was super lazy and power-hungry. She would sit in the office on her phone even when it was busy, didn't clean at all, and at one point ended up calling in the On-Call for a closing shift because she wanted some extra hands to help clean up the store, even though that was completely unnecessary. She then tried to report said On-Call for rude behavior. didn't last over a month before we cut her out.
A guy I once worked with got fired for making a "joke threat" he had several other issues but as far as I know that's what got him canned. He worked maybe 3 days at our site.
Stumbled down stairs so drunk he couldn't open his eyes, let alone walk straight. He was openly and unapologetically aggressive towards others. Constantly showed up late, drank the job, and took naps in his square. Happy to see him put in a cop car as his last day.
I work at a grocery store. There was/is this one guy who would come in as a customer who would always call me 'baby' or 'sweetie.' I get called those things and other endearments a lot because I look a lot younger than I really am, so I'm regrettably used to it--this guy, though, just had Vibes about him that made him seem skeevy. When the pandemic hit, our store was hiring and he ended up getting a job there. He was in a different department so I thankfully didn't see him much. It finally came to a head when I was working customer service and he was there to buy cigarettes. He ended up calling me something along the lines of 'honey-baby' and I told him not to call me that. He acted surprised, saying I'd never had a problem with it before. I told him that we weren't co-workers before. He continued trying to 'explain' himself (while still calling me pet names like that, I might add) finally saying "Look, I'm from (insert state from Southern US where we live/work), that's just how we act" which, so the fuck am I, so the fuck is everyone else who works there, and they don't act that way. Later, I found out he was fired because some of the customers had complained about him, too. HR was made aware of what had happened with me, and it turned out I wasn't the only one he'd harrassed (including the niece of the head of HR who worked there, too). I'm glad I don't have to work with him, but sadly he still comes to the store every now and then.
I got one of these! I work security for a living and one of our rules is "you can't leave until you're relieved of duty by your coworker". Put simply, that just means you stay until the next guy gets there. Few years back, I was working for a large security company with the local branch. I was assigned to this business park/small shopping plaza/condo park area and I did the overnight shifts on the weekends. I'd get there, everything would be fine. But when it was time to go, my coworker who was supposed to relieve me could never be on time. If it was 5-10 minutes late, I could tolerate it. But this guy was frequently 15-20 minutes late, making me have to call my boss and wake him up. The worst offense was this time he was over an hour late, no call or anything. I had to sit there the entire time waiting for his ass to show up. Nothing would ever come of him being late, other than maybe a talking to. God forbid i said a word to him about it, I'd be the one getting yelled at! Seems he and the boss were army buddies or something. So i learned to keep my mouth shut and just give a brief rundown of what happened the night before. Eventually, the jackass got caught using the work truck to run personal errands. That was a huge no-no, you couldn't leave the site without being on your break, getting permission from the boss and using your own, personal vehicle. Seems that was the straw the broke the camel's back so to speak and got him canned. I got canned a few months later, i can only assume out of some sort of petty revenge cause the boss hated me
If the army buddy thing is true, pepper the word "Integrity" into your words when/if you're talking to him. Use the exact word, it's one of the Army Values that a good amount of soldiers have a complicated relationship with. If he's letting his army buddies get away with what I'm gonna affectionately call "civilian shit" to make a point, he doesn't have Integrity and probably knows it on some level.
Oh boy. I got a juice one. Ramona, lazy as hell, skip work every other day cause "she has lupus", clip her toenails in the desk, boiled bean in the water boiler we used for coffe and made the whole office smell like a burning dead cat. All of this was ignored BC she had a special classificartion "Permanent" as she had been working there for over 10 year. One day she stop showing up for work, for like 2 months without saying anything. Can't say I missed her. Somebody from a neighbour country calls asking for a reference to transfer her to a regional office. I told my HR Chief. "Didn't she quit?" Quick check shows she still getting paid. She had been using her time of vacation plus many many extra days with no permission or jurtification. HR Chief calls set office and ask to speak to her. "B*** if you don't get your ass here on monday to work or quit, I'll get you deported" She just quit over the phone. Last I heard she got deported and has a crappy job
>Be me. >Worked at Nintendo Customer Service. >Fat supervisor called Chris, who sold game codes (if we did well, we would get a download code that we could use so as long as we were not caught selling/giving them to people that were not ourselves). >It was also suggested that he would alter scores so his team would do well. >I quit on March 20th, 2020 and Chris tries to convince me to stay (I had already quit by the time he caught up to me). >Time passes as the quarantine hits, and I find out that they caught him for using a code that wasn't his and he got fired. BONUS ROUND: >Guy was deported so he starts working in Nintendo C.S. (he sat next to me). >Starts talking with Consultation (basically the department that has higher privileges for checking information and doing protocols). >He starts hitting on her, and after the agent complained about the incident he is called in to the degree that the manager at the time had to fire him.
Gas station cashier working the graveyard never seemed to shower, listened to what sounded like p***o music without earbuds, often fell asleep over the shift without shutting the bulletproof glass, and I would often find half empty six packs of beer hidden on the beer shelf or beer bottlecaps bent like they'd been popped off on the floor of the cooler after his shift. Didn't get fired when the owner found him sleeping on the floor behind the register. He took diet coke and mentos to blow up right outside the front door and then just left it there when he was done. Couldn't be bothered to throw them away afterward and since we only got coffee/fountain soda for free I asked him to pay for the bottle and mints and his response was "I don't have any money." Word for word. He completely ignored what we were supposed to get for free and regularly just took stuff without paying. The only reason he got fired was that a manager caught him red-handed drinking beer in the cooler on shift.
When I worked for Goodwill (NOBODY should work for that company!) I had this woman who was a total PITA...rude, selfish and demanding to everyone. I endured her for months hoping to outlast her. Finally, one day, she was caught in a sting in which she was tricked into helping a "customer" steal items from the store. After she was exposed, the police were called and she was led away in handcuffs, charged with shoplifting. I felt like celebrating as she was taken away.
Co-worker of mine. She just couldn't get her act together. It wasn't that she was 'mean' she just didn't get it. Finally she says something randomly... Bad... In front of a bunch of co-workers that hated her. I had stuck up for her in the past but there was NO DEFENDING that kind of behavior and language. She wasn't even aware of what was happening when two of those co-workers got blank poker faces and walked in tandem towards the supervisors office. Seeing she'd just handed them all they needed to get rid of her once and for all. Let me clarify that they should have done this simply on the merit she said that but office politics don't often work that way.
Not a firing but something on a job application. "What was your last job?" Stocking shelves at the grocery store "Why did you leave?" It was too stressful The owner of the place that I was working at came out of his office with this application. He says " I know I am not supposed to do this but, it's too funny!" Then he showed me. We had a good laugh. This was at the famous Canadian coffee and donut place. We were the only one for miles around, so it got pretty busy
The man who was fired over driving to another part of Texas should have gotten to stay. Whoever placed the fake order should be imprisoned or sued for this. His job didn't protect him, they sent him on a pointless excursion and didn't have his back against the beast who made him do it.
I wasn't there when it happened, but at the restaurant I work at there was this military guy who (according to my manager) went into work very high one day, and apparently carried a large bowl of soup over his head and it apparently spilled all over the kitchen. There was also this one girl I used to be friends with who was not very good at her job. She would constantly get people's orders wrong at the register, which caused a lot of problems with wrong order complaints and having to remake a lot of food. I told her MANY times to stop doing that, and her classic excuse was "I'm sorry!", now I get that it can get busy especially on weekends and lunch, but I know employees who get tired around that time but we dont have order screw ups with them. She eventually got fired, and was like "oh this place just isn't my thing!", well turns out according to another co worker she also got fired from another place. I also found shady stuff about her, like how she SAed her ex, and was one of those people who played the victim card and never learned from her mistakes. She just feels quite immature, despite her being 23-24 years old (I'm 21, going on 22, and a lot of us workers are younger than her and much better at their jobs). I really hate that she made me feel bad for her, and now I don't feel bad. She brought this upon herself, and looking back, I'm kind of glad to have cut her off and wish I saw red flags sooner.
"that employee" at my old job got fired for trying to fight the gm in the walk-in cooler 😭 he closed the night before she she asked him very nicely to wash the greasy dishes he left dirty, so he pushed her. he then called the dm and told on himself by saying that the gm was planning on lying to get him fired. he was promptly fired. it was very satisfying for me bc i got hired right before him & my two weeks were in at this point, so i got to be there when he was inevitably fired :D
Got caught shoplifting. She was just...so dumb. She couldn't figure out how to give somebody $20 cash back on a check. She was the kind of person who'd need a calculator to figure out how to make change on a $5 for $2.50 if the register ever went down.
At my work (part time high school at a grocery store), its pretty tough to get fired. Last time I saw a guy get fired was a guy who came in drunk and high on acid and was an hour and a half late for his shift. The guy was a slacker and was actually a pretty nice guy otherwise, but my boss said his hands were tied and he got termed. Works as a traffic officer now after going through rehab. I have only heard other people getting fired for coming up ridiculously short on their drawers or straight up stealing from them. You will get written up and suspended for missing $100 or over, and fired for $500 or over or missing $100 or over 3 or more times. Someone also got suspended recently for screaming at a customer, got 3 weeks. The lady is old anyways so I think she just retired. I have never gotten written up but got pretty close once when I kept screwing up bagging people’s orders. They said if I kept screwing up that my name would be put on the watch list. Now, I am an assistant checkout manager part time and am one of the best baggers there.
Years ago I worked in a bakery. That one girl was fired for dropping pastries, putting them in the bin then later fishing the pastries out later to eat. As far as I know it took her doing this for over a week before management checked the footage to find out if it was true. The owner let us eat one pastry per shift so this girl was just either really dumb or cheap.
Its been unfolding the last few days, a co-worker who barely worked when she was in the office has been shielding since March. Everyone was like fair enough, her daughter has a serious medical condition work offered people who were vulnerable/had vulnerable family members that chance. They sent out work she could do from home, cue the 50 excuses why she couldn't, she was claiming she was working from 7:30-5:30 while barely doing any work. It came to a head when they found out said vulnerable kid had still been going to creche the whole time. Pretty sure she's not going to be working there any longer. Oh and she's openly a covid conspiracy nut, its a thing when she can use it and her kid to avoid work I guess
My mother had to have adult care after she had a stroke (frontal lobe, so it gave her a form of dementia rather than the classic physical presentation). I would be LIVID if I found out a caregiver had disrespected her as a human being in that manner. Sneaking peeks in the shower? Messing with underthings? Disgusting!!
Had an employee leave multiple boxes of produce like tomatoes and cucumbers on the floor in front of a health inspector and we failed our evaluation directly because of him. Also was caught not washing his hands by the inspector, Too busy trying to hype up his tiktok videos and trying to get his dance "career" going.
3:30. At this point I would just ask everyone if they would mind going with a plan of mine. The Plan? Essentially tell the higher ups that they can fire that one person or lose all their engineers.
In the 1990s, I did security at a 🏦 headquarters complex; Pittsburgh PA. We had a Security Sgt 👮🏻♂️ who was a complete jerk. He was not liked or respected. The guy got so %=÷×* ed up with so many staff, the managers got him off the site. When security guards said flatly they would not work extra shifts with that Sgt the post manager had enough.
I am gay and an ex furry. was a furry for about 20 years. Kinda regret it lol. But anyway. This one younger kid who just joined the team at work was a stereotypical flaming gay kid an was a big furry. Constantly trying to get any gay person he found to join the furry fandom. I kept telling him to stop it an chill out, an just stop meeting the stereotypes of both. After months an months of people filing complaints against him (that were ignored because the company is very out spoken of how diverse they are an accepting of gays/others life styles) he KIDNAPS another co worker an drives that person to Anthrocon. Locked the guy in the back seat of his car with the child locks on so the guy couldnt get out. Took the guy all the way to Anthrocon as if by getting him there the guy would suddenly convert over to furry. He had broken the guys phone so he couldnt call for help. When they got to the hotel the guy grabbed a police office an security guard an had them call our work force security/HR team because he was in the city on a work visa an his only family was back in the country he had come over from so he had nobody else but work to call. Dude who kidnapped him finally was fired an our job pressed charges on him on behalf of the coworker he kidnapped.
That’s absolutely disgusting, not only staring at her in the shower, but sniffing dirty underwear. That’s the prime example of the double standard for women, if a guy did that, or was accused of it, regardless of whether he did it or not, he would be out on his ass so fast and getting sued by that company so quick, on top of being banned from ever working that type of job ever again, for the rest of his life. But since it was a woman that did this, she just gets a slap on the wrist and gets to go to another house and do it some more. Guarantee a lot more stuff happened before she was caught on camera. Shows you the hypocrisy of the world we live in today, it is double standard staff needs to stop, I thought maybe when this dumb stupid cancel culture came up it might stop it but guess not. Now that I think of it lol, women today are like Catholic priests. They can never get in trouble and if they’re ever car, they just get relocated or fired. Lol when the company or churches were just really forcing them to take all their vacation time.
Guy I had the misfortune of working with at a restaurant. He was pretty slow on the uptake and slower to act, dumb as a sack of rocks too (vaping in the kitchen multiple times in full view of customers, for example). Fancied himself a rapper but was whiter than B. Rabbity with none of the talent. The two things that quickly accelerated his dismissal - trying to convince a pair of old ladies he brought food out to to tip more (claimed he was helping the servers) - in one of his little rap sessions, he dropped the n bomb. In front of the ONLY black employee this location had. She was not amused in the least. Thank God he got canned fast but I can't fathom how stupid he was.
This guy was a line lead in my department. He caused all kinds of stress and anxiety Examples are include but not limited to: -Throwing a radio at a co-worker because she had asked more than once for maintanence in her area adn i guess he got mad that she 'interupted him' or something -demanding i do the work of three people and getting mad when I ask for help. It got to the point where I couldn't take lunch breaks if i wanted a chance of staying caught up. -getting mad when the safety manager had to speak with him (don't know how the convo went) after he caught me crying about having an insane work load placed on me. -calling us on the radio by shouting -tried to turn the department into something like the military barracks and got mad when people pushed back. -threatened write-ups left and right -one week he was taksed with training a lead for third shift. she became just as bad. She quit later on. -alleged sexual harrassment As you can imagine, everyone who had to deal with him rejoiced when he was moved to another shift. About a year later, he was fired after being under investigation for six months, to which everyone was more excited about since a rumor floated around that he'd come back and I imagine several people would have quit if he did, myself included. THere are a LOT of women in the department where I work. I asked for extra help with my specific job for months, and he wouldn't budge. You wanna know how I (believe I) ended up getting it? I had to leave early for a doctor's appointment. I also had mentioned in a meeting that I had trouble having lunches because of my workload.
I managed to get a job that had this one girl who had been working there 6 months prior to me being hired. I only knew her for the first half week of my training and thought she was a nice enough person, so I was a little shocked to see her fired before the week was over. It turns out she was constantly butting heads with management and the trainer over how to do her job and wanting to do it differently from what we were taught. She would also focus all her efforts towards making everything at her desk organized rather than doing her job. She was there for 6 months because the company needed the employment, but the moment I was hired along with 2 others, they fired her. A few months later, my manager ended up seeing her at a dentist office where she was the receptionist. She was not there when my manager returned a month later.
“Software engineering is still engineering” I have a CS degree. The professors I had say otherwise, because software isn’t physical stuff bound by the laws of physics.
Any sort of engineering or construction/design between multiple people meant to be understood by multiple people has certain base requirements, all centered around communication and comprehension of ideas.
@@scout360pyroz that’s a good explanation. I never had the professor who makes the above assertion about software engineering; I heard about this opinion of his from another professor that I did have. I felt it was relevant to the content of the video, so I posted it, and got decent perspective on the matter from you.
@@ajk496 many would be surprised at how much the most common problems of construction projects, physical or digital, in the design phase or the construction/testing phase, overlap. I would also argue that while software isnt physical in the same sense as a building, it is none the less bound by hardware, time, and the quirks of the language used to write it. It is very much physical and bound to physical limitations, its just that those limitations exist in a different form. Working with an existing coding language under corporate rules may limit you in many forms, the same as construction components/equipment and building/safety codes. It is possible to go beyond some of these limitations, but to do so takes more time and may often have unintended consequences. I suppose were I in that professors class I would not be able to resist speaking out. "Software is binary 1's and 0's shifting in physical form across physical components and traveling across physical pathways," would have been my reply, but I am the kind of guy to be a corrective ass now.
The IV one is a hell to the no. Somebody's getting sued I hate needles enough don't mind a quick shot but being tethered to a small needle in my arm with a big metal stand full of liquid gets me. One time I had surgery and asked the nurse if she cannot get me the first time please get someone else. My veins pop out and you could not ask for a better patient's veins to be ready to stick. Regardless she couldn't do it and I has no choice but to ask if she was capable of doing it. She did it the second time and later on every nurse I have talked with seen my arms and they are saying they could damn near stick me blindfolded. Wasn't happy with that place anyway they only did a halfass job not removing everything that needed removed so I have to have another surgery to fix their mistakes.
Security Guard here. One of my co workers got fired for making a video while on thr job (she was basically bad mouthing the company that contracted us) and the owner of said company saw it after the geneus posted it to Face Book. Yea.... she was gone in less than a day and from what i heard, she caused a scene when she went to the head office. Never saw her again and i hope i never have to work with her, the b*tch was lazy
Out guy finally got fired cuz the store manager was leaving and he couldn’t bring himself to leave knowing that THAT guy was still working with us so he fired him for constantly drinking during work
Gosh - Where do I begin? The one who was on her cell phone with her son all day even when he was at school? The one who would go off with men for a weekend and then get hysterical if they didn't propose and then come into work furious? How about the one who asked if her volunteer firefighter hubby could do a mock inspection of the office for practice and then he busted the owners for real? The one who plastered his cubicle with political "jokes" and then got caught looking up porn on the company computer? The one who was always on internet gambling sites? The one who faked customer referrals for the money? The one who's dad owned the company and he did what he wanted until the bank needed a report and sonny boy was caught faking his numbers?
THAT coworker st my workplace got fired for stealing over $3,000 (possibly more than that, but that's what they caught her with), in groceries. Over a period of time. She also hated everyone and was the type that would act all innocent and friendly to your face, but crap talk you behind your back.
No lie my phone randomly skipped to a new vid right at the start which had a ad. So what I got was this. Why did that guy at work finally get fired? (random ad plays with girls voice) being black and successful.
Girl in titles dept. She made it thru training looked promising then stopped coming in claimed she was sick for a few days in the mean time a new supervisor was brought in for the dept he had to negotiate with her to come back on reduced hours she did for 3 days then disappeared. Then they sent her a letter which she called in and basically delayed the whole thing cause she's like im going to get a doctors excuse. Then we sent a second and she didn't respond so we can finally remove her as being an employee which I care about cause she was fucking up my metrics and paperwork

Yep.... work with a guy that wears pants to big and no underwear, shows up late everyday, poops all over, he knows enough about the company contract to keep from getting fired but “pretends” to be mentally disabled, he drives a vehicle..... and we all have seen him playing with his phone while he drives.
Not a bad employee here but a bad boss. This guy was brought over from the other side if the country and he basically treated all the staff like crap. I firmly believe he was brought in purely for demographics. To say he wasn't a good manager would be a understatement. He put both the store's performance and staff moral in the absolute toilet. He fired me in July of that year, before the year was out he was quietly moved to another store. I have been told by those who still work there that he got moved again to yet another store before he was eventually terminated.
White girl at work had to walk past a black lady's SUV parked in the no parking zone to get to her SUV. Backs into black lady's SUV & immediately calls the police. They say 'Yeh, she shouldn't have parked there; but, you still gotta look when you back up,' and give her a ticket. The white lady goes back into the office & sends a company-wide email saying: 'We have black people who work here & then we have n-s." Another one at the same company: two male trainers take a female customer service rep out for drinks/shots one Fri. night. Mon. morning one sends her an email saying what a good time they all had; and, I guess, containing some off-color stuff. She complained to HR about it & they fired him for sexual harassment! He was married! How's he gonna explain that to his wife; or, find another job? Lesson: don't party with people you work with, especially if you out-rank them!
Now I don’t like the spicy content you’d find online. But come on guys. If you’re going to watch that on work hours, at least use your phone and stay off the company wifi. Hit the head, rub one out, get back to your desk
When a bad employee continues to gets away with bad behaviors, There is ALWAYS a bad manager covering for them.
Yeh, like my manager not taking action for a married female co-worker who wouldn't stop asking me for dates; then, having me sign a false confession to keep my job, costing me my bonus for 6 months, that he turned into 7 just to be an extra dick, and causing me to file for bankruptcy which is still on my record 20 yr.s later preventing me from getting a decent paying job!
yeah at that point I would just jump ship and wait for the fallout.
Had an mother daughter dou at my old workplace got away with a lot of nasty behavior

The more vulnerable the population being served is the more assholes apply. It's the only way they can get their little power trip.
That first one had me rolling😂😂😂

16:21 DUDE TRIED TO DELIVER AN ORDER 6 HOURS AWAY!?!?!? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
story made me :/ because it sounds like something my dumb ass would do 😔
I actually feel really sorry for him.
He was fired right out the door faster than one can say "Get lost!"
I have ZERO sympathy for that guy.
The first story is Madara clowning Hashirama without the firing.

LOL! My dad and his brother (uncle) jointly own 500 acres of private property. Dad has said many times that he's run into people wandering around out there and he'll drive up to them and ask them something to the effect of, "Hey! What is this place?"
One afternoon, he came across two fairly young guys out there, who were carrying hunting rifles.
Well, there happens to be 500 acres here, in the names of *my uncle* and *my dad.* Let me call over to the county clerk and make sure that hasn't changed..."
Dad said those two guys took off running for their truck and sped away!

Yep.

"B*** if you don't get your ass here on monday to work or quit, I'll get you deported"

BONUS ROUND:
>Guy was deported so he starts working in Nintendo C.S. (he sat next to me).
>Starts talking with Consultation (basically the department that has higher privileges for checking information and doing protocols).
>He starts hitting on her, and after the agent complained about the incident he is called in to the degree that the manager at the time had to fire him.
Some of these stories are horrifying! I've no idea what is wrong with people
the one at 16:21 isn't that bad

She brought this upon herself, and looking back, I'm kind of glad to have cut her off and wish I saw red flags sooner.
the best was calling his manager a clown and then the music! hahahaha epic!

He was pretty slow on the uptake and slower to act, dumb as a sack of rocks too (vaping in the kitchen multiple times in full view of customers, for example). Fancied himself a rapper but was whiter than B. Rabbity with none of the talent. The two things that quickly accelerated his dismissal
- trying to convince a pair of old ladies he brought food out to to tip more (claimed he was helping the servers)
- in one of his little rap sessions, he dropped the n bomb. In front of the ONLY black employee this location had. She was not amused in the least.
Thank God he got canned fast but I can't fathom how stupid he was.
Sounds like these people trying to get fired on purpose
One of these posts makes the claim that anger issues aren't the person's fault who has the anger issues. Yes, they 100% are.
I don’t think they should have fired the pizza guy, yeah, he’s an idiot but one willing to literally go above and beyond the call
This guy was a line lead in my department. He caused all kinds of stress and anxiety
Examples are include but not limited to:
-Throwing a radio at a co-worker because she had asked more than once for maintanence in her area adn i guess he got mad that she 'interupted him' or something
-demanding i do the work of three people and getting mad when I ask for help. It got to the point where I couldn't take lunch breaks if i wanted a chance of staying caught up.
-getting mad when the safety manager had to speak with him (don't know how the convo went) after he caught me crying about having an insane work load placed on me.
-calling us on the radio by shouting
-tried to turn the department into something like the military barracks and got mad when people pushed back.
-threatened write-ups left and right
-one week he was taksed with training a lead for third shift. she became just as bad. She quit later on.
-alleged sexual harrassment
As you can imagine, everyone who had to deal with him rejoiced when he was moved to another shift.
At my first job i always hoped it would catch fire but I never told my bosses just my other sackers
“Software engineering is still engineering”
I have a CS degree.
Ok, that one with the possum is genuinely upsetting. Hope that guy gets what he deserves 😭
Why wasn't circus music the theme for this video
1:00 how do you fuck up this bad??
1:03 WHAT ARE YOU DOING???
"Goooooood*hic*morning*hic* Saskatchewan!!
Me neither
I’ve been scared of working because I think I’m gonna a horrible job but after hearing some of these I feel better now 🙂
Security Guard here.
Out guy finally got fired cuz the store manager was leaving and he couldn’t bring himself to leave knowing that THAT guy was still working with us so he fired him for constantly drinking during work
0:39 was his name George Castanza?
Holy sh- Last time I was this early Heather Chandler was still alive
The best one (in my opinion) was the kid who was fired on August 33rd.
0:39 Lmao Classic George Costanza
THAT coworker st my workplace got fired for stealing over $3,000 (possibly more than that, but that's what they caught her with), in groceries. Over a period of time. She also hated everyone and was the type that would act all innocent and friendly to your face, but crap talk you behind your back.
No lie my phone randomly skipped to a new vid right at the start which had a ad.
So what I got was this. Why did that guy at work finally get fired? (random ad plays with girls voice) being black and successful.
Well, that escalated quickly!
Then we sent a second and she didn't respond so we can finally remove her as being an employee which I care about cause she was fucking up my metrics and paperwork
ok the first one isn't something you should do but you have to admit it's funny
I can’t tell you how many times I want to do what the first guy did
Right?
I wonder if that airport team leader and general manager were called Alex Afrasiabi and J. Allen Brack?
18:49 Possums are extraordinarily intelligent. Sadly, even as a pet, they only live a very few years.
20:30 Now wait a minute. Isn't it a _requirement_ for radio DJ's to come into work loaded?
Yep.... work with a guy that wears pants to big and no underwear, shows up late everyday, poops all over, he knows enough about the company contract to keep from getting fired but “pretends” to be mentally disabled, he drives a vehicle..... and we all have seen him playing with his phone while he drives.
The thumbnail picture tho 🤣🤣🤣
ZERO ZERO ZERO
Not a bad employee here but a bad boss. This guy was brought over from the other side if the country and he basically treated all the staff like crap. I firmly believe he was brought in purely for demographics. To say he wasn't a good manager would be a understatement. He put both the store's performance and staff moral in the absolute toilet. He fired me in July of that year, before the year was out he was quietly moved to another store. I have been told by those who still work there that he got moved again to yet another store before he was eventually terminated.
Hey guys are canulas supposed to hurt when they're in your arm? Cause the last time I had one the canula kept poking me veins
Why do so many people turn a blind eye to sexual harassment .
18:12 If you don't like Opossums, I don't like you!
Wtf i’m early
Omg already a like Wait wht is it Blue
I assure you all the "I want to teach you how to please a man" line came from porn. I should know, I-
*My friend* has seen it several times.
A fellow scientist, I see
@@oz_jones The things we do for science, my friend. The things we do...
wow my first time being early I deserve a cookie 🍪
Why do you put the TLDR at the end??
7:08 I was looking for this for all of 2024.
Man oh man
Master-baiting LOL
ive never been this early
Me to
same
Yeah. The fuck. I don't usually even watch these kinds of videos. Lol
2:50 sounds like the Bruiser IT guy 😂
Now I don’t like the spicy content you’d find online. But come on guys. If you’re going to watch that on work hours, at least use your phone and stay off the company wifi. Hit the head, rub one out, get back to your desk
17:20 Wait a minute…there’s an off-season for CHEESE???
