A message from Mike Linares, founder of SimpleNursing
Since 2012, I started to do mini lectures from my parents in home library, armed with a $30 white board from Walmart & a sock to erase the board. Since then I have created over 1,200 videos, only 20% which live on TH-cam, and have helped over 1,000,000 nursing students pass their NCLEX, HESI, ATI, and Kaplan proctor exams. Thank you for the continued support and love as we strive to help LPN, LVN and RN students become licensed nurses!

I love your videos! But lately, when I try to take the free quiz and click on the link, it just takes me to your home page asking me to sign up. There is nowhere to exit it and get to the free quiz which really helps cement everything I learned.
Thanks for explaining this so well
You are so very welcome! Please do not forget to take the free quiz & see our new videos NOT RELEASED yet :) at simplenursing.com/nursing-school/
Isn't normal PTT 25-35 secs
those two doors remind me of Barbie and Oppenheimer, lol
Isn't PTT 25- 35 seconds?
I am confused too
The reference range of the PTT is 60-70 seconds. In patients receiving anticoagulant therapy, the reference range is 1.5-2.5 times the control value in seconds.
Normal is upto twice of this range
I just lost my right to get my RN Nurse license. Due to English Competition score twice. For this reason I want to take it in my own country Puerto Rico which they do not require the Competition Test, just the Declaration of State of Residence and the Board does not want to let me if I do not take the English Competition test for third time in Florida where I want to work. 😭😔
Sorry dear. You will still help many to heal back home. Go out and be the best RN wherever in the world.
Did you mean English Competency test or English Proficiency test? Yes, same as in my country too. After you passed the NCLEX, we have to take and passed TOEFL or IELTS inorder for us to apply for US working VISA. It's just a matter of determination to accomplish every requirements that are given.
Brachy theraphy is dangerous
