Let’s talk about the jerk bait a little more….i love the mcstik from spro. I literally have one tied on all year. Probably the only rod I don’t change unless I fish a pond. But 99% I have one ready in the boat or on the yak…and i literally fish it like a spinner bait…slow roll back with a pop or two. But during the spawn and shad spawn I speed it up and drag them straight throw the rock and clay (Georgia) and let the rod and the bait do the work. You just want to reel it enough to get to wobble. You’ll see it on the rod tip….but….Those three gamagustu treble hooks…I like to say “the just look at it and get hooked”

So we just had a cold front. Went from 80s in the morning 90s in the evening to 56 in am and 74 evening. 2 days we struck out and got skunked. Where do the bass go

I love the freeloader and I've been drop shotting it and mid strolling it. Please consider having the mayor made in half sizes. The 3" is too short and the 4" too long for what i use swimbaits for such as a spinnerbait trailer

Saw your move at the James River...not cool. I've been a fan for several years but this left me very disappointed👎.
Im newer to fishing so maybe thats why I dont understand. But I do understand competition and as long as im not breaking a rule im there to step on my competitions throat (in the most respectful way possible). Look at any other sport and those boys are competing and the juices are flowing.. and much worse things are done/said and nobody cares, because it’s within the game. Once the whole thing is over you shake hands and go on about being respectful. I get someone not liking it but to me it just seems like the ones who are making this a huge ordeal don’t understand high level competition!

I watched the actual video as it happened. Wheeler was absolutely 💯% wrong! Becker was there first & had fished that spot the day before. He was in 12th fighting to make the top 10. Wheeler was in first & untouchable by anyone yet had to push his way in & mouthy with Becker on top of it. Look on U Tube as other anglers are showing the video & slamming Wheeler for what & how he did this.

Exactly he don’t own the lake. Who cares if Becker saw him fish it. He found it in practice to so they both have the right.
