The light, the shadow in the back at the right, these flowers at the left, then her posture and everything... it is an awesome pic in every respect. So personal and also so perfect. I do like many of your other photos a lot as well !! And yes the "ordinary" things are those that absolutely stand out because they are so different wherever you happen to be.

Your color grading is amazing! There's some character/vibe that presents itself that isn't so apparent but it just gives that kinda dreamy vintage feel. It's hard to explain but it looks awesome

These are all great captures Willem! Curious about the guy who poked his head out to possibly tell you not to shoot or compliment you? Hahaha! Wouldn't have matter as you are on public sidewalk and have ever right to shoot what you feel like?! Every State has it's on laws but I'm pretty sure you were safe! I have the same issue with deciding on what is "worthy' of a medium format or 4X5 portrait! I started to utilize my iPhone more for this occasion but the prospective is off just a little but enough to make a decision to shoot or not to shoot is easier! You are lucky to be close enough to find locations like you are in and make it relatable enough for us all to enjoy your work! Great video as per usual Willem! My favorite camera system is the Hasselblad and the Mamiya RB67 Pro S.
