So far for me the most reliable way to tell is if they talk about feeling strong... But in a weird way, not their typical "Oh how mighty are we" stuff. They'll say it the first time and then a few days later their eyes start to glow. I'm not sure if it depends on class or inclination, but my main pawn who was a fighter with the straightforward inclination would talk about feeling like they could lift an ox every couple fights, whereas a mage I hired said something a little "sus" one day, nothing for a few in game days, and then said the same line again in battle and some other line I hadn't heard them say after, checked and their eyes were glowing. I don't give pawns orders except for "to me" when they start lagging really far behind me and my pawn is straightforward so there's inherently higher levels of sass than other inclinations, so I'm left without a lot of other people's "go to's" of signs lol. There's also a slightly cheesy way to tell if their eyes are definitely glowing so you don't get tripped up or paranoid by pawns that just have red eyes. If you go into photo mode, go to the "Effects 1" tab and turn the brightness down, the glowing effects (like magic and the glowing red eyes of Dragonsplague) are disproportionately brighter than the rest.
Hey don’t you think is dangerous to not advice the other townsfolk that we cleaned our pawns in the pools? Maybe we should put a sing that says “pools closed due to dragons plague”
Top notch video man! You’re definitely better at editing, love the humor as well!
I appreciate the Tom segura clip too lol😂

Since no one pointed it out on this video yet, plague is caused by a pawn getting grab attacked by a drake
Nope, it's because you never climbed any of the ladders your pawns pointed out to you.
They work hard spotting those ladders so you don't have to.

Lol. Pool's closed.
