    Why not go on a later BOS-LAX to shorten-up your connection time at LAX? There’s an afternoon departure at 1500 with a three hour connection to SYD rather than your long sit.

      We used points through Delta so that flight wasn’t available for us at the time, unfortunately

    I see…….are you aware that award tickets can be changed/cancelled etc up until 24 hours prior? Suggest keep searching for better itineraries until the day prior IF the originally-booked itinerary is less then ideal.

      Yup fully aware! We always keep an eye out for any changes with award bookings, but none came up (for 3 people) that were worth changing to

    Just found your channel, great video! We are currently planning a return to Australia, so looking forward to watching your travels. As another gluten free flyer, who isn't keen on fruit, I feel your pain. My comments on meals are "oh, fruit, yay". "Oh more fruit... yay". Just wait till you get the warmed fruit, it's spectacularly disgusting 🤢.

      Thanks so much! The fruit is definitely tough 😂 but Australia is great for GF foods!

    Those strawberries are huge! How did you get Delta Sky Club access at LAX?

    • @KJandSarah
      @KJandSarah  ปีที่แล้ว

      We have the American Express Platinum card, so that gives us access on days we are flying with Delta!

    Do you think delta comfort+ is worth it? I have it and I am going to Australia in a month. I really just wanted some increased comfort since it’s such a long flight and hoping it pays off

      We thought it was worth it! The extra legroom was noticeable (at least to us) and we think overall made the experience much better on such a long flight.

    Great video! How comfortable was comfortable+ to Sydney?

      We enjoyed it overall! Definitely worth it on the long flight. Neither of us have trouble sleeping on planes, so it made it that much more comfortable

    You were able to get into the sky club lounge with comfort plus? I thought it was only first class and up

      American Express Platinum card holders get in to the Delta Sky Club when flying that day with Delta, regardless of which cabin you’re in!

      Like we said, Sarah’s sister is going to grad school there so we are moving her in

    What on earth is that foul sandwich! That looks beyond disgusting, literally not a world where I’d eat it unless I was bouta die

    • @KJandSarah
      @KJandSarah  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yup 😂 that about sums it up!

      @@KJandSarah you should’ve asked the staff if they’d eat it, and got it on video 😂. No way they could keep a straight face looking at that thing 🤣
