@@LukazNkp Video Jockey. During live DJ sets, sometimes songs aren't played at their original tempos, which the visuals are based on. So the VJ, in this case Neurite, is in charge of mixing and matching the visuals to the songs so you don't get flashing animations that are 10 seconds late, or lyrics that are a bar late or early, for the best live show experience sonically and visually.
note that there are always VJs working with the DJs. From what i know, they are just usually on the opposite side, behind the crowds to have the best view of the whole stage. But as Virtual Riot put it, having a VJ right by his side helps a lot with communications for any immediate changes while performing, and we need to give them their flowers

I've seen VR 9 times and he gets better every time. Playing his Emotional remix for the old fans and then transitioning to his illenium remix literally almost made me cry happy tears 🥹
I've yet to see VR live, but I hope to. His music inspires my own musical journey.

He's explained it before. It's somehow an old school way of performing on stage. The VJ, interacts more with Virtual Riot to figure out what visuals to use. You'll see him every once in a while, talk to her.
That redline VIP was so useless. Every single note stab had the same pattern as the original just with a different sound i guess?? And the fakeout was so lame
Why does he have to use a prerecorded set if he is playing dubstep/bass-fidget house?? He clearly isn't sync mixing anything. Only using effects and gainers 😆

U might wanna check out 45:30, you can see him cleary mixing. He has some prerecorded transitions in there, you can see if u pay attention a bit throughout the set. But def not more then 2-3 songs
