my specs are 8gb ram 4 gb vram, gtx 1650 GPU and Ryzen 5k series 7. You will most likely be able to create fern but you will struggle with the most thing. so this video is perfect for you. What you should learn to create that kind of stuff is blender basics like how to extrude/ loopcuts etc. And with your computer you will probably struggle a little with blender but its possible if you know how to go around things. www.blender.org/download/requirements/ in that link you will find the blender requirements.
