Wild Arms wasn't my favorite PS1 RPG (I liked it, but there were SO MANY great PS1 RPGs), but for some reason, this theme hits me with the nostalgia harder than almost anything. There's something that feels almost timeless about it. 20+ years later I can still see most of the intro in my head, almost shot for shot, with this song playing. It's like I'm a teenager back in my living room again.
Yea! Something is fascinating about this theme, even if someone is not a gamer. I've met people having it as their ring tone and they don't even know the game or where the tone comes from
This theme has followed me since Ps1 era, and I never even played the game. I knew about the game, but never got around buying it. Instead I got the FF7, 8 and 9. But this one is without a doubt the best opening music I've heard for any game for Ps1 in my opinion.
I'm just thinking how many music that I have never heard that probably would be in my playlist for at least several hours of playback. like damn, even if human have dark side in history, the arts, music, food, the culture and inventions human made are fascinating to say the least. like being able to hear this, read your comment and replying like this, I bet no one in the past would think this is possible.
