    great vid. disagree about using reusable bottles to measure the pocket size, the single-use bottles are a more universal size that gives a better idea of the practicality.

    I have been driven the NX350H F Sport EP2 since late Feb 2022 till now. Awesome experience, powerful enough (especially drive with Sport+ function), great Mark Levinson sound, and no negative comments. I upgraded from Rav4 Cruiser, and the NX really gave me big different driving experiences.

    Hi Paul. The metallic paint is more time consuming to apply (several layers) and it needs a clear coat lacquer (several layers) to prevent a dull look. So it's partly the extra work whether done by robots or labour. Adding mica or aluminium particles & more product use.

    • @saintza
      @saintza 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Certainly not $1,750 worth though, cars/SUV's used to only ever be $500 extra which was about right.

      @@saintza I have tri-coat Vermilion pearl on my 9 year old IS 350 Sports Luxury and the paint looks unbelievably good, it's absolutely stunning to behold, it was what you call LONG lasting quality. Also, everything is this glass charges around $1,500- $2,000 for premium paint and I would put my money on Lexus having the best out of the lot of them, I'm not sure why this was picked out when it's no different to every thing else it's competing with.

    Great video as always Paul. Is it possible to add driver seat lumbar support review to your check list? Coz, I've recently drove a RAV4 Hybrid for short distance and didn't find a good spot for my lower back after many adjustments and ended up with sore back. However, Nissan X-trail on the other hand has been really comfortable during a long trip. In my opinion adjustable lumbar support should be standard as seat belts in all cars instead of paying extra as a luxury feature, they are more of a necessity for a safe long distance driving than a luxury.

    Ordered the same spec (ep1) with the same exterior colour. Waiting time is 4 to 5 months. Due to the earthquake, production may be further delayed. Some say the 20 inch run flat tyres are noisier than the 18 inch ones. Have you noticed that? I was doing some research of the tyres. I can’t find any seller carrying the 235/50R20 RFT tyres. It gonna be pain in the butt if it gets a puncture.

      A lot of what? Arms leaning on it for only 2000kms? What does this say about it on a car I’m gonna keep for 150,000kms+ - especially true with Lexus engine reliability and at this price you’d keep it a fair while.

    Hi
    Yesterday I did a test drive for a Lexus nx 450h in hybrid mode, and I was surprised that for the duration of the test the sound of the electric motors was annoying... Is this normal for the hybrid mode? Another thing I felt was that the suspension system is not quite as good as described in the videos because I I felt it concretely in the street potholes and light bumps. Besides in the volvo xc60 b5 mild hybrid test nothing of this felt no annoying sounds and good behaviour suspensions. In fact i love Lexus but i dont know what to buy
