I like the floor plan I just wish there was more to the masterbedroom, like a sitting area and I would have preferred the master to have the balcony. Im saving your info for future use. 880?? In East Pines! What a joke! No shower in lower & upper level bathrooms. Small lanai. No crown molding. No fence. Wire racks. Walls are texted. Is the tub even jetted? For that price these things should be done. Or live in that boca place for 600,000..*should always mention floor outlets* Besides that..you have the best personality for any youtube realtor in south Florida. Just wished you knew some specs of other houses prior to filming. Like the boca property, you missed floating cabinets, bar & dual sided fireplace..just an fyi
Thanks for watching Lyta, no I don’t mention all the specs because the specs does not matter to my buyers unless they like the house first so what I do is give a walk thru so my buyers have a feel of the home. What a waste of space and NO POOL!!! The faucets in the Master Bath sink area are gold and don't match the shower faucets that looks like brushed nickel.
