Man, that felt weird. Not one word out of the passengers. Too busy filming for themselves, I guess. It's probably a once in a lifetime experience, so it's better to live it through a camera than to feel and cherish the moment (being ironic, of course). And with all the shaking and sliding of the g-forces, one would assume the result is not that great. Maybe being in an official lap video on Misha's channel isn't enough to prove that they did it. Welcome to a new social reality! But as always, Misha is an absolute gentleman and an awesome driver!

There is something I don't understand with the passengers. Micha brings the whole set with the cameras to record absolutely the entire track to record the inside of the speedometer, but even if they decide to record on their own, they are strange, bro.😂😂😂❤
It's like the people who record a whole concert on their phone. No one on their social media is going to watch it, the footage probably sucks, and there's likely an official recording of actually good fidelity.
It was veery fast drive for Hot Hatch in Micha's hands. I have A35 and it is quick, but this A45s pulls like crazy with 3ppl on board. Just put the stiffer springs and nothing else needed😊

This car is really one of the most impressive car I saw in the last time here ... make it track ready and hell this is really awesome to see ... 1.3 - 1.4 g in corners with this setup - hell ... even a Porsche gets max. in Mishas 1 Million Video 1.7-1.8g side force. Really impressive.
Gees i really hate these modern day rev-counters.... everything thats not a normal circular gauge is a compromise. Some things just dont need to be reimagined imo.

I actually test drove an cla 45 S with dynamic/adaptive suspension and a A45 S without it. The A45 S was really soft without it. But overall both are rather on the soft side.
Any car needs to be a bit soft even on race tracks, it helps increase the grip, problem is the ring is full of bumps, so cars need to be really stiff, that’s why the cars developed there are really stiff and normally are slower in some other tracks.

It used more than 1/8 of a tank of fuel for a lap, 2.0 Turbo isn't playing around when it comes to fuel usage. The softness probably works for street, but on track it suffers.
I‘m not really a Mercedes guy, I never was (regardless of my Dad driving Mercedes for over 20 years before he finally switched to BMW 🙏) and probably never will be (I do only like the old Mercedes, like a W124 500E 😍), but I have to admit: This car is pretty fast and it may look otherwise but I also think you can have a lot of fun with this car 👍 And regarding the „too many cameras topic“: Yes I do agree! Bloody hell use a mount for the camera and enjoy the moment. Unfortunately the world we live in now is viewed through a bloody lense for most people. Its like going to a live concert and watching the whole gig through your bloody phone. Get a quick clip then enjoy it.

Fantastic driving, and an incredible lap. Seeing so many of these videos it's easy to get bored by one after another, displays of unbelievable car control. This was amazing, the car moving around, and being driven on it's limit. Owner just seems to be a typical rich boy with too many toys. I bet he spends his life on instagram posting selfies.
This I4 engine is completely over the top. A friend of mine bought an A45 S and the engine died within a year. Total rubbish! Of course it could have been bad luck, but these overbred 4 cylinders are not exactly known for their durability. The performance is still impressive!

On the contrary, he actually treated the car very well, but the problems with this car (engine) are now well known.
I googled "M139 engine reliability" and nothing came back out of the ordinary, no design flaws or engines blowing up constistently, not sure where you're getting your info from, care to share?@@Scheltokeeper
I'm not sure how much the owner actually enjoyed the lap trying to pay attention to two cameras at the same time, but I could feel the weight of this car by just looking at the video. Just to add more comfort the manufacturers ruin the basics of a hothatch these days with basically 300-400kg over the weight these would shine at. It's somehow hard to digest the fact that a hothatch weights almost as much as an E-class from 15 years ago.
great video, I saw a thing about the fuel consumation, you started with 152km of fuel estimated, and finished with 105, that's mean 47km fuel consumation on a 20km of trip, isnt a lot ?
You visit the 'ring, all the way from Greece, and you don't even bother mounting a few cameras on your own car, in order to film not just the track laps but the journey. Why? I would have mounted at least 3 cameras to film everything.

A small powerfull engine uses more fuel going fast and less going slow than a comparably powerfull big engine.

This I4 engine is completely over the top. A friend of mine bought an A45 S and the engine died within a year. Total rubbish! Of course it could have been bad luck, but these overbred 4 cylinders are not exactly known for their durability. The performance is still impressive!
Driving it hard for every mile then that is what happens. If it's under warranty u shouldn't have an issue?
@@suhail1200 Sure, but when you buy a brand new AMG Mercedes, you don't usually assume that the engine will blow up in your face within a year, do you? And he didn't drove it hard for every mile. On the contrary, he actually treated the car very well, but the problems with this car (engine) are now well known.
I googled "M139 engine reliability" and nothing came back out of the ordinary, no design flaws or engines blowing up constistently, not sure where you're getting your info from, care to share?@@Scheltokeeper

I'm not sure how much the owner actually enjoyed the lap trying to pay attention to two cameras at the same time, but I could feel the weight of this car by just looking at the video. Just to add more comfort the manufacturers ruin the basics of a hothatch these days with basically 300-400kg over the weight these would shine at. It's somehow hard to digest the fact that a hothatch weights almost as much as an E-class from 15 years ago.
great video, I saw a thing about the fuel consumation, you started with 152km of fuel estimated, and finished with 105, that's mean 47km fuel consumation on a 20km of trip, isnt a lot ?
You visit the 'ring, all the way from Greece, and you don't even bother mounting a few cameras on your own car, in order to film not just the track laps but the journey. Why? I would have mounted at least 3 cameras to film everything.

Misha should apply "no flying device policy" for these. Imagine one of those 3 handheld devices starting flying around.
Was it in the correct driving mode? i.e. Sport + or Race? Those two stiffen up the suspension, amongst other things.
If you could compare it to RS3, which one was better on stock?
I think the rs3 is better car overall
RS3 better handling, A45S better emotion/engine.

Is torque vectoring on MB not by applying the brakes on the wheels? That would heat up the brakes possibly making them soft?
