I've been doing intermittent fasting for awhile now. I just recently got better at tracking it and increased my water intake and so far I'm down 6 pounds in 5 days.
I used to be too 🤪 like so bad hahah but thank you!! I wish I had filmed on a day we were more creative with our meals literally the next day we made a keto version of spaghetti that was soo good 🤤
I started intermittent fasting at the beginning of the year and have lost 20 pounds on a good day haha! It’s been great though and way easier than I thought to do!

I do too!! I think that’s actually why keto finally worked for me because on every other diet I would find a way to work around it & eat way too much or too many carbs & on this I really can’t cheat 🙌🏻

I have tried Keto a few times. I have never felt good on it. But the keto diet did help my sons seizures. Keep up the good work.
