Totally agree with the go with the flow and self care!! So important! Your kids will feel it when you are more patient and loving because you’ve been taking care of yourself!

A shower, going to the potty alone…is not self care. You said that right mama!! My little one is 9 months and mobile, he follows me everywhere. I just loveeee this video!!!!

It really helps as a mom to take care of ourselves because we need it, for us to be happy. Ours kids will always need a happy mom..if a mom is not happy, they can tell. I think that is one of the most important things. To be a happy mom, even though times are though.

Definitely have to go with the flow and do what’s best for you and your baby!! I breastfeed by exclusively pumping and oh my…I got so many strange looks and disagreements because I don’t nurse. But hey, he gets all the milk he needs!! When I got all that backlash from people just not understanding when they didn’t even breastfeed at all, I said, you know what Brittney? You got this! I need wayyy more self care. I go to the gym or workout for my time, but I need to go be quiet somewhere more often!

Yes girl!!! Do whatever works for you and your baby! Who cares what anyone else thinks! And working out is great self care 👏🏻 I def do both though I still need my face masks & target time 😂

@@catherinelorene9914 lol!! Face masks all day! I need more target time in my life! I’m going to start waking earlier to have my time before lapel…that’s a plan!

Trying to get better .... but one thing that helped me was weight training and I can see the difference when I don’t do it .... it sounds weird but it helped me ❤️

@@rabiskitchenandlifestyle that doesn’t sound weird at all!! I try and wake up before the kids everyday and get a workout in and read my devotional and I totally see a difference when I stop or I’m not able to some days, whatever! It definitely helps

"Prioritize yourself"......this honestly justifies me probably deciding NOT to have children. My boyfriend really wants kids and i honestly do not. Ive been watching these videos to reconsider and its not helping. I might have to be honest with my partner and tell him im not the one for him. He really wants kids but i dont and i cant bring myself to want them.
