Hi guys In today's video I'm showing you how I wash and deep condition my hair in the winter months. My hair gets extremely dry during those times and I try my best to add extra moisture to it weekly on wash days by pre-pooing the night before with penetrating oils such as olive oil, coconut oil, and Haitian black castor oil.
what is pre-poo? The process of applying a treatment to your hair before the actual shampoo process. Benefits ADDS EXTRA MOISTURE TO THE HAIR.
Also, I have low porosity hair- It means my hair doesn't easily allow moisture to be absorbed into my hair shaft.

From my experience, my hair loves keratin protein and both have similar ingredients which resulted to my hair being softer, shinner and reduced my breakage and dryness completely when I'd used them.

How many days after a fresh relaxer I should start do put oil on my hair ?

I would recommend the day before the post relaxer wash so you can enjoy your fresh touch up without oils weighing your hair down.

How do you prevent the hair from breaking alot? Im tired of my hair being dry and breaking alot, especially on my clothes

What I did to fix my dry hair was moisturizing and sealing every other day and doing light protein treatment weekly followed by a moisturizing treatment.
