Thank you for your kind comment! I just choose a subject or something i want to talk about, then think of a good title then just talk from there. I create a note and list the titles and subject that comes to mind then create the video later when i have time. Hope that helps!

And now ... well ... after taking care of baby and sick relative, not so much. But I get more sleep now and one step after another a lot less stress, so I already see the age-backwards program running on my system.
