Police in Arizona speak with Jason Mow about Vallow Daybell case

- CHANDLER, Arizona -- Police in Arizona have released gigabytes of video interviews and other documents related to their investigation into the homicide of Charles Vallow, the former husband of Lori Vallow Daybell.
The documents came Tuesday after a Grand Jury indicted Daybell in June for conspiracy to murder for the July 11, 2019 shooting death of Vallow. Daybell's brother Alex Cox initially told Chandler Arizona Police he shot and killed Vallow in self-defense, but investigators say the evidence does not support the claim.

From the recent document dump by Chandler PD : Attempts were made to speak with Melanie throughout this investigation. However, she was advised not to speak with investigators at the time as elements of this case were directly related to a child custody hearing she was involved with.
Conversations were had with her attorney Garrett Smith and a proffer was requested in order for Melanie to speak with the police. Due to Melanie's potential involvement, such an agreement was not requested and she was therefore NEVER INTERVIEWED. (capitalization is mine)
In other words, she wanted immunity which was denied so they did not interview her, I don't know if it happened later.
I hope she loses custody of the new child and isn’t allowed around Brandon and their kids unsupervised after she abandoned them and moved w Lori and Alex after Alex shot at Brandon in car trying to kill him. She knew tylee was gone. I think she helped kill that girl. Saying they were not close.
Last I heard she has visitation with them.
Poor Jason getting 'cancelled', and he genuinely doesn't understand why...that's how dangerous these people are.
What strikes me most is that he is “mortified” for what “Is being done to him“ but never once have I heard him express regret or concern or sorrow fort Charles or the kids, Tammy or their survivors! It's all about him still. The narcissistic, self-center nature of these people is very evident. He Is obviously and more concerned with how people perceive him or disassociating himself from the mess he contributed to than getting the truth established and helping police connect the dots. He cares nothing for how his enabling hurt so many people.

@K Wheatley. I keep hearing this part, that Mow was nearby when Charles was shot, but cannot find a real source. Other than “someone said”. Looking for solid info on this. Where did you see or read this? I saw that someone said Mow was in a red truck down the road, but not found on the body cams.

It is funny how in those kind of circles everyone is so quick to distance themselves, throw others under the bus and disavow their previous believes and conditions. It just shows that there was never true friendship nor true belief in those such of things. So they cannot blame it all on "religion". They were just saying "you were my wife in previous life, so if we sleep together it won't be a sin or even infidelity tiwards your current spouse". She wasnt even close to Chad and Lori, so if she had this similar experience... this must have been prevalent enough in this circle.

Interesting to see Jason Mow, Zulema, Melanie G, etc. are suddenly being so cooperative and "forthcoming" when they started being looked at as possible co-conspirators with Chad, Lori, and Alex. The Grand Jury was called a week after this interview.
I think zulema was the first to grab up her immunity! at first she seemed not too involved in all this but she certainly has some secrets to tell. I look forward to her testimony.

Did Jason say he is a "seminary teacher"? 😢 that's scary I hope the church leaders release him from this calling, "seminary class" is a religion class taught in the LDS church for children ages 14 to 18, these classes are mandatory if one wants to attend BYU university after graduating from High School. @Jess Stone There are some differences, some Seminary teachers have a salary like a normal job, Sunday school teachers don't, Seminary is for kids in oppose to Sunday school which is for adults, Seminary classes run five days a week, Sunday school happens only in Sunday's, four years of Seminary is a requisite to be accepted at BYU University, which is church's main choice, as for Sunday school, no body cares since is full of old people half way slept.

The Gibb woman stated she felt it wasn't a cult but she seemed to not be aware of what she was getting sucked into. Bingo. They are a tight knit bunch of people. Having lived in Chandler - surrounded with LDS families (30+ years), because they couldn’t recruit me or my family, we were ‘thankfully’ shunned by them.
Don’t be so quick to judge, it’s also possible they don’t want to come across hostile so he will cooperate. He could be a suspect or a witness.
Maybe not maybe they are catching him in lies they already know the answers too .
They also could already have the records and want to see if he'll lie about it.

He's the one who introduced Lori to Melanie Gibb because "as soon as he set eyes on her he realised she was one of them, a "gatherer" (paraphrasing what he says in a podcast the three of them made), Gibb mentioned him to a Gilbert PD officer when they went with Lori and Tylee to report Charles (likely to lend credibility to their claims as an ex cop) and also there are rumours raging that he was the one who sealed the Daybells before Tammy's murder at the temple. I might be forgetting a few things but I hope this helps.

Bobby told the detective that it was an ex cop leading the cult. These investigators are terrible.. One of them said, "I don't want to pry in your personal life but did you ever have a relationship with Lori." He doesn't want to what? Seriously? They're conducting a quadruple murder investigation for God's sake DO some actual prying! Charles was begging for help with Lori's mental instability and the officers ignored ALL the red flags. 🚩🚩 The cops give a strong I don't wanna do any work today vibe. Like why just go through the motions? Why pretend to interview ec-cop, their ole buddy ole pal... 🤦😣
They know he knows how LE treats suspects so they can’t be hostile or threatening or he will call for his attorney and shut up. I think they are pretending to be on his side so they can get info and evidence willingly. Also they often know the answers already, but want to see if he will lie or minimize his involvement, if so, he’s got something to hide.

Doesn’t mean he participated or knew about the murders. He did know about Lori’s marriage troubles with Charles, Lori’s version of course. I think Lori & company saw him as potentially useful for LE guidance.

Jason Mow did the end of times videos, sometimes with the group of nutfarms, Lori, Chad, Melanie. He seems to have been present for a lot of this.
Jason Mow is an ex-cop from Arizona and part of Chad & Lori's cult, close buddy of the two. He was trying to buy a Jeep around the days Brandon was shot from a Jeep as similar to the one Jason was trying to procure, Lori's late brother (Alex) was the suspect of doing the shootings but they don't know who was driving this Jeep while one of them was doing the shooting. By the way he believes he is Moroni re-encarnated (maybe told by Chad) and often dresses like the fictitious character for his presentations.

Its not. Seminary is for freshman thru seniors in high school. Tammy worked at Central Elementary School in Sugar City, Idaho. It about 3 miles from the Daybell home. Its rural out there where kids are bused in to different schools

Absolutely stupid to speak with them without a lawyer, but his rights don't have to be read to him unless he's being put under arrest. And since he's not he could just walk out at any point... you don't have to be a cop to know this.
If they only would have taken Lori into the psych evaluation she had a court order for, instead they bought her story as the victim, told her how to avoid the order. Damn how many people may have been saved? Charles, Tammy, JJ & Tylee at least. Maybe. We will never know. Charles begged everyone for help, warned the police, the courts, the people involved in the divorce, the church, told his family & friends ... No one took him serious or believed him enough that his life was in danger. Even though he asked for a protection order & psych evaluation for Lori. Probably because he was a man, and Lori - the she devil in disguise as a beautiful to look at, with a sweet baby voice psychopath, manipulating all these men, like she has all her life, got away with it long enough to destroy many more lives. So many people enabled her, Chad & Alex! No one trusted the police to go tell them what they knew. They still are trying to hide and only talk save their own asses. RIP Charles. And all the rest of the victims. Condolences and prayers for healing to all the family and friends whose lives who will be forever bent and broken by these evil killers and their enablers. There isn’t enough justice in the universe to make any of this better for them. Show them no mercy just like they showed none to their victims. I hope Lori & Chad get the death penalty, and I hope Alex and all of the Zombie Killer cult members get what they deserve & spend eternity burning in hell. Because if there is such a place, it was made for them.
I know it was pitiful . After I heard Zac 's interview about how deep the other members of their family were involved in it Summer , Janice , and the Invisible man Barry Cox I sat down and wrote them a private letter to let them know just how I felt about them all . Summer tried to respond but she didn't have a leg to stand on that I wasn't ready to kick out from under her . So at least they know we didn't swallow that bunch of lies they were putting out slandering Charles , Kaye , Zac or Adam . We are a smart bunch and we're working together to find out the truth.

We don’t know yet. They asked him to go back and check his credit & debit card and bank statements, phone calls and texts spanning Aug 1 to Nov 1 2019 to try to prove where he was at during those months. Accountability for his whereabouts. They are still investigating. My guess is he will provide those documents (he is also going to provide them with his DNA) and they will review and either it will be obvious he was not involved or they will be having more interviews with him in the future, either as a suspect or potential witness. This is far from over for any of them. Just the tip of the iceberg.
