Here is my layout for how snowdin works :
It will work somewhat like ruins but with stronger enemies but most would be ground type.
Pacifist drop : sans (pacifist)(7% to happen), soul fragment, etc.
Neutral drops : Papyrus (if you specifically fight him in snowdin), soul fragment. (50% to happen)
Genocide drops : red scarf (1% to happen), blah blah.
You can go to summon and unlock the other monsters from snowdin that's all.. expect the red scarf. Let's talk about how sans and papyrus would work.
Sans : stats would only change in range and cooldowns not attack so if you reroll your stats would be the same.
Papyrus would work as a long range, with high damage and high cooldown if maxed.
Time for the red scarf.
If you fight papyrus while having ruins dust on, you would have 5% instead of just 1% of the drop happening.
You can go to alphys and evolve pacifist sans or ruins dust with the red scarf,
Here are the changes -
Pacifist -> Tears in the rain
Ruins dust -> snowdin dust
With the changes for ruins dust to snowdin being, ruins dust won't have a fire blaster but a regular blaster and less cooldown but also his knife slash would change into a bone throw, being thrown at the enemies dealing some damage, so snowdin would be all rounder.

wow, the nostalgia i get from this game..
i watched your old vids, which is ulc and uttd, but uttd was discontinued(?) and this is the new replacement.

Yup, UTTD is 100% discontinued. The developers have cancelled it, the team behind it no longer works together, and the one responsible for code said the game is coded too messily.
A new tower defense game gives me hope that it can replace UTTD, but we will have to see.

This game is playable you just need some good units to beat the game, you have paid for ruins dust but he is unlockable in afk chamber I think but overall he is unlockable not a gamepass exclusive.
