any chance you can describe wat you did? I deleted egr/charcoal canister/heater and the vacuum canister, but kept the VSV that was attached. Ran one line from VSV to the actuator, and another line from VSV to the intake port. As the video I watched, they said that it works fine like that. But my car will start and cut off after a few seconds. Should I just try running a line from the actuator straight to the intake port instead of using the VSV?
what’d you do with the Charcoal Canister hose that comes from the gas tank? I left mine open till I put a small filter breather on it but i noticed a thumping sound from my fuel tank when I stop cranking the motor
@@DTON209 And what about the vaccum line from the vaccum box? In another video I watched it shows that they kept the VSV and ran one line to the butterfly actuator(in the middle of the manifold) and another line from the vsv to the manifold port on the right side(opposite of the fuel regulator port) is this correct or should i just run it like yours? I’m not turbo so not sure
@@DTON209 I’ll try running it like you then cuz my last time tinkering I got the car to idle for a short bit but it cut off and now won’t start again just cranks. And sounds like thumping from my gas tank after I stop cranking. I changed the fuel pump and filter prior to anything. Even tried putting back the charcoal canister and rerouting lines but still same problem. So i’ll just delete it all again and run it without the vsv and see how it goes. But first, i need to change my starter that crapped out at the worst timing lol. always the case 😆
Bro you actually goated for posting this. I did an egr delete and was confused what i needed to do keep/delete.
Glad it helped you out!,,

@@_N4VE_ I took off all the vsv, the saucer looking actuator to the intake
@@DTON209 wait so you deleted that saucer looking thing too? Or do you mean run the line straight from that to the intake port?
What type of cap kit you bought for the egr delete ?
I’m sorry I don’t understand? Are you talking about Vacuum caps or the egr plates?
@@DTON209 Vacuum cap.
@@BAEZMAN a generic vacuum cap kit on amazon they’re about 10-13$
3:24 what kind of injectors did you say?
440cc Oside Tiger injectors, some of the parts list is in the description :)
@@DTON209 thanks for overlooking my ineptness 🤫🤌
How come my 96 doesn't have that big black vacuum tank
96 has obd2 so things could be different idk
@@DTON209 makes sense
did u wire brush the intake manifold it looks prestine
Yup harbor freight wired wheel lol
For the egr plate do u have to block of the exhaust side of the egr or just the intake?
Both sides intake and exhaust just follow the pipe going down

I left it venting open no filter

Whats the purpose of deleting this stuff? Do I need to to do a NA-T build?
It just makes the car run better lol

Can I do this same EGR delete even if I’m not going turbo ?
That I’m not to sure about, I’ve seen people do it on Lexus club technically you don’t need a egr for a car to run
if you havent already it will be fine, havent put a turbo on mine yet but egr delete was one of the first things I did
Hey Brother …
What ECU are you running with this set up ?
