As per RB letter no-D/43/43/2020-F(E)III datef-04.06.21, family pension and enhanced family pension has been fixed 50% without considering length of service. Is this applicable now?

Sir my father lost in 22 January 2022. He was retired from railway. What is the rule to get family pension? I have contacted to the bank as well as to the DRM office prayagraj several times. But they can't give any reply to me.
check PPO of father in which your mothers name was definitely there. so go to bank and ask for payment of family pension to your mother. There is no role of Railway at this moment as rly has already issued authority letter i.e. PPO for payment of family pension to your mother .

Sir mera papa 2019 mai expired ho gaya hai aur ab pension mera maa ko milta hai. 2020 mai meri private job choot gyi hai aur avi tuk koi job nehi hai mera pass. Meri maa mujha puchti v nehi hai. Family pension 30% hota he jabki pension last pay ka 50%
But dadi ko bhi minimum to 13500/- milna chahiye

No widowhood should be before 2010 i.e. prior to mother's death
