Pls clear one doubt on Hra. Employee availed 6 months ML and 6 months CCL Continuously. Total 1 year approx taken leave 180+180=360 days. Is it need to debit HRA for 6 months of CCL availed since CCL leave crossed 6 month when compared to whole leave period. Pls clarify sir.
