ज्यादा तर लोग 67 की उम्र के बाद ही गुजरते है इसलिए enhance rate of family pension के लिऐ कुछ ही परिवार eligible हो पाते है। post retirement schenes AGI AFGIS NGI की भी यही समय सीमा है शायद। कुल मिलाकर सरकार किसी को कुछ भी नहीं देना चाहती नियमों की आड़ मैं साफ बच निकलती है। । जबकि होना ये चाहिऐ कि सैनिक किसी भी उम्र में गुजरे उनके परिवार को 80 वर्ष की उम्र तक EROFP दिया जाना चाहिए। 7 वर्ष वाला क्लाज होना ही नहीं चाहिऐ। बैंकों में खुलने वाले रक्षक खातों में नेचुरल डैथ को शामिल करके उम्र की सीमा 80 85 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। ऐसा होने पर 80% परिवार लाभान्वित हो सकते है। अन्यथा सभी स्कीम फैल है।

Sir defence family pensioners are adversely affected because in civil employees proceed on pension after 58 years of age in normal cases where as our soldiers go in young age. 7 years for sainik passes away when very quickly and his death harass the family pensioners severely. Taking up matter is appreciable but it may not bring fruitful results as change of such rules are not easy. Let us hope for the positive results.

It is correct In 2020 CPCC UBI Mumbai staff was not under stood the language of PCDA order fo😊r enhance rate. I managed a clarification from PCDA All. For bank to pay enhanced pension up to 67 years age of service pensioner as he died at age of 65

Yes. This is good suggestion to delete 7 yrs condition and fix the age of 67 yrs. Govt must consider like civilians govt employees who retires at the age of 60 and getting benefit of OFP for 7 yrs or 67 yrs. Same provisions must be for govt defence retirees. Defence retirees are suffering everywhere since there rights are not protected by anyone. Civilian Govt employees rights are protected by their unions.
