You can make the cube and then apply a subdivision modifier, a couple of times, so you get a round cube. 😊

Using the 3d cursor to rotate and scale things changed my life. Thanks to you bro.
Another good tip is to zero the x axis in the tool menu hit enter to put a loop on center.
Of course global has to be selected instead of local.
