I feel your pain reorganizing! I recently moved some stuff around in my office. I've been collecting comics for 25 years. I'm up to 5 six shelf box cases. 3 smaller book cases. Then, my actual long boxes of single issues. My back hurt for two days afterwards lol.

I definitely need more MDZS standees. I've been really getting into it thanks to the beautiful German hardcover editions of the novels, and once I finished them, I need to raid my local store.

Moving with manga was bad but western comics… that was true hell. I have an extensive DC omnibus collection and had to break it up into multiple boxes. By the end we had 30+ boxes that probably weighed about 90 pounds each. Everyone disliked me for that afterwards. Totally got put on dinner buying duty lol
I have a question. It's not manga related. I recently got my learner's permit and I have yet learned how to drive.
Is driving in the rain difficult? Because I'm kinda scared to do that.

Lol, when me and my parents were moving like 3 months ago, one shelf broke too and i had like 200 manga on the floor or in my closet for some time😅

I personally like taking a plastic grocery bag, stacking the manga and putting it in the bag, and tying it tight so that the volumes aren't going to slide around. This fills up a small home depot size box (with most standard sized volumes). Two bagged sets, and then some more manga will fit pages up along the sides. I don't fill the box to the very top along the side as otherwise it will get too heavy.

I love Chrono Crusade! I finally bought all the rest of the volumes I needed last year as a Christmas present to myself.
On another note, I completely understand having your own Danmei corner with standee's. My collection is small for now, but I've got friends who's collections as beautiful and worth it. Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation is definitely taking over, haha
