People missing the fact that they went back after missing a call and then make a call based on that which is wrong, If you missed a call you missed it, Make up for it later. The correct call should have been a tech on Donovan at the point he made the shove. What next? How far back in time can they go now to reverse or add a call they missed?

The problem here is he did that earlier on the previous possession. So Mitchell intentionally fouls Green, stopping the Warriors possession, convincing the refs to review an elbow they missed. So now, every time a player gets an elbow, which is pretty much every possession, players could start intentionally fouling, then running to the refs begging them to review an elbow they missed. This would slow down the game a lot and could result in more replays and more fouling, which no one wants.

People missing the fact that they went back after missing a call and then make a call based on that which is wrong, If you missed a call you missed it, Make up for it later. The correct call should have been a tech on Donovan at the point he made the shove. What next? How far back in time can they go now to reverse or add a call they missed?
It's happened to The Heat a few times this season where Spo challenged a play and the refs went back and looked at a whole other part of the play

Refs got it right, Green hit Mitchell with a totally unnecessary forearm to the back on the lay-up seconds before Mitchell fouled him.
The problem here is he did that earlier on the previous possession. So Mitchell intentionally fouls Green, stopping the Warriors possession, convincing the refs to review an elbow they missed. So now, every time a player gets an elbow, which is pretty much every possession, players could start intentionally fouling, then running to the refs begging them to review an elbow they missed. This would slow down the game a lot and could result in more replays and more fouling, which no one wants.
