In every single mission Sylvanas always as a plan and avoids going in frontal. Against Varimathras she uses leader from various groups of ogres, trolls and gnolls to help her out. Against Detheroc she sneaks into the city for a suprise attack after having gained the help of Varimathras. Against Balnazzar she finally mustered the strenght to go up directly but she still used the human to help her.

No actually, you missed the part where the Alliance told them to leave their lands. The exact opposite of an invitation. While some humans reached out to their fallen kin, the vast majority still associated them with the Scourge and the Scarlet Crusade hunted them relentlessly, causing both forsaken and humans to have little trust. Though this wasn't restricted entirely to humans and the Alliance, most living creatures saw them as an abomination and it wasn't until Sylvanas reached out to the Tauren did her people finally get accepted by living factions. To pretend that the Alliance were always the "good guys" throughout the lore is a gross misrepresentation. There are no "good guys" when comparing the Horde and Alliance. They've both been horrible to each other with monstrosities committed on both sides. In this case, yes, Sylvanas lied and always planned to take Lordaeorn, but it wasn't like Garithos turned around and extend his hand to her like "Thank you for freeing us and taking back our city, why don't you stay and we can give you some land for you to rebuild on?"

Her hatred for Arthas stems from what he did to her and a large portion of it was forcing her to aid in the destruction of her homeland. It is also why she first tried to ally with the Elves and why she literally begged the Blood Elves to allow her to help them with reclaiming the Ghostlands. Before she got ruined by the writing she was still a Blood elf deep inside and wanted to aid her homeland.

It's a pity Blizzard went downhill immediately after WC3, and refused to even hire back many of WC3's VAs. I miss Justin Gross as Arthas, Piera Copolla as Sylvanas, etc. The voice direction and writing even for WC3 actors who did reprise their roles has often been woeful too, sounding like completely different characters.
I REALLY wish that we had been able to spit on Garithos in the Shadowlands. His pride almost matched that of Kaelthas. Hopefully he was tortured and drained until his spirit ceased to exist, like that pitiful excuse of a burned bridge that they pulled with Arthas' soul fading away into nothingness.
The first of many days where one undead elf hath spent too much time stalking Arthas' social media, culminating in one fateful encounter of a night upon the frozen wastes of Northrend.
